I placed an order online on saturday (january 17 2026) i accidently chose the wrong location. Both were on bloor street, my mistake. But i called this location right after i placed my order to cancel or forward my order to the other location. The manager told me i was issued a refund and to reorder at the other location , i was not. I ended up paying twice with no refund. Make sure you order at the right location cause clearly they wont refund you.... Order #: 1193138195
Update: Still wasnt issued a refund. I dont understand how there could be multiple issues on issuing a refund. Anyways this is a picture of my order. Sent a email to the grillies feedback as requested.

I want to appreciate Apexa for her incredible hard work and dedication. She manages the restaurant almost single-handedly and still handles everything with calmness and efficiency, even during the busiest hours.
She is extremely fast, smart, and patient with customers, which makes every visit pleasant. On top of that, the food she prepares is consistently delicious — her burgers and burritos are especially amazing.
It’s rare to see someone so committed and talented. Truly commendable work!

Tried Grillies once this past weekend. Have reordered 5 times since. They just keep knocking it out of the park! So far my wife and I have tried the burgers, burritoes, tacos, poutine, smoothies, and today tried the rice bowl and salad bowl. Fantastic food! Reasonable prices!

Really disappointing experience. The fruit smoothie lacked a good flavour, I think the fruits were past their best. We also chose two different types of chicken sandwiches, expecting one to maybe be fried, but both were breasts (although one was cut up), and unfortunately had been cooked for 1-2 minutes too long. Nice to see a place that still uses classic burger buns.

Cheapest burger combo IN THE CITY!!! cheese burger combo was $11 plus tax!!! I was expecting the burger to be small. It wasn’t big but it also wasn’t small! Very good burger and very good fries

Always greeted with warm smile. Not rushed like typical locations. Since coming to this location. I enjoyed everything on the menu! I stopped going to A&W because how fresh the food is and you feel welcomed. Great location if you get hungry. Prices beat anywhere else in this city. My family can be picky but they were really satisfied when they tried Grilles. Please Tip! The staff deserves it. 👍👍
