I am too disappointed with the food, I ordered birria tacos and they were salty dry and reheated now I have stomachache also I tried the lamb broth and was very salty my roommate ordered carnitas and they were very dry too , this was a bad experience for us cause we were there ready for a dinner full of taste but that’s didn’t happened Dreadful experience

I was starving after after a late night at work so decided to grab some tacos for me and my partner on my way home. What a let down. I've had Gus tacos from the Queen location and the DuPont location and both have always been good. It was my first time at the Bloor location, a total miss. I get that it was 2:00 am but the person taking orders was definitely over it and didn't care what she was doing. I ordered 5 tacos and a tres leches. The tacos were mid, the pork was dry as hell and the fish was boring. Okay whatever, not worth 5 bucks a piece but I wouldn't complain. The thing that frustrated me the most was being charged for the piece of tres leches and not getting it. It was dead in there at this time. I knew I should have checked the bag before I left.
I'd recommend going to one of the other locations.

These were by far the worst tacos I have ever had in my life. This was my first time trying and I will not be returning. I ordered 3 different tacos for delivery and they were so dry and chewy making them inedible. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

This place has absolutely delicious food and amazing sauces that come with it. It's about 13 bucks for a delicious beef burrito with sauce included. The burrito is a decent size. I know I was full after consuming this meal, which is satisfactory as a meal for me. There are other places that serve very small meals for certain prices which don't fill me up. The best part is that they're respectful enough to serve your meal at your table on a platter and everything. I recommend this place for Mexican food lovers

I wasn’t sure what to try at Gus Tacos, but Chris suggested the chicken taco, and I’m glad I listened. The chicken was really juicy and seasoned just right — nothing overly fancy, but it hit the spot perfectly. You can tell they put thought into making it tasty.
If you like pollo tacos or just want something solid and flavorful, this is a good pick. Thanks for the recommendation, Chris!
I’m usually a bit skeptical when it comes to vegetarian tacos, but Gus Tacos completely changed my mind. Chris recommended the mushroom tacos — and wow, they did not disappoint. Easily the best tacos I’ve had so far.
The flavors were bold and satisfying, with the mushrooms cooked perfectly and packed with that smoky, savory depth that’s hard to find in vegetarian options. You can tell they put care into every detail.
Whether you’re vegetarian or just looking to try something different, I can’t recommend the mushroom tacos enough. Big thanks to Chris for the spot-on suggestion!
