Love Gusto 101 & wanted to try the 501 location. Found pieces of metal in my ragu pasta - it was replaced & there was a piece of metal in the replacement pasta as well. Manager was nice & comp't my meal but brushed it off as these things happen, which one is a mistake but twice is a little iffy! Good service overall but doubt I will be back.

Came for lunch and was thoroughly satisfied. I’ve been here a few times and I’m always impressed with the food. The mafaldine funghi is my favourite and hits the spot. The pizzas are also fantastic. Tried the carbonara pizza and did not regret it, amazing pie! Ended with some pancakes the ended the meal perfectly. One of my fav spots for Italian.

Decent food, good service still at gusto, but a lot of flies indoors.
Great food..awful service. Got a patio seat and waited a while between being served. It got so bad that I had to go inside and ask for my server. A party of four that arrived long after us on the patio with the same server got served much more often and left before we even got our food. Highly disappointed. Not sure if it's a discriminatory thing but never going back.

The food and the restaurant itself were decently good but the service was very poor from one staff member. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name neither would I single her out regardless but all she did was take our order, she didn’t even come back to ask how the food was or if we needed anything, she didn’t come bring us our food or pick up the plates when we were done but just came back to hand me the bill and was still disappointed when I only gave her a $5 tip that she didn’t even earn. After I payed she didn’t even say thank you or bye she just quickly took the machine away and left. Everything else was decent not impressive so I would honestly not recommend this restaurant unless you wanna try decently good food.

Took 15-20 minutes to get an aperol spritz and a glass of wine which we were not able to enjoy with our meal. Wanted to order more drinks and food at different junctures but wasn't able to get our servers attention. Ended up cutting dinner shorter than planned.

Food was delicious. The second floor was way too damn hot. Outdoors was easily 5-10 degrees cooler. Would have stayed and drank longer if not for the heat.
