My only problem was the tables were extremely small and quite close together. This didn't take too much away from the dining experience as the service was amazing and they were very quick to clear our table of dishes. At times it still felt like a struggle to fit dishes on the table though. The malfade ai funghi was amazing especially with the $1 ounce wine to go with it! I'll definitely be back to one of the gusto locations.
The only downside was the arancini, which unfortunately wasn't as good as before. The pasta and pizza were excellent. The server was great.
Unfortunately, our experience at Gusto 501 was disappointing. The host was not welcoming and did not make any effort to accommodate our requests, which set a negative tone from the start. Our server was kind and professional, but the food itself was average and did not feel worth the price we paid. What stood out most was the lack of attentiveness from the host—there was no effort to ask if we were celebrating a special occasion or to offer any gesture to improve the experience. Overall, it did not feel like good value for the money.
Best pizza and pasta my boyfriend ever had, thanks so much for being so attentive and ensuring that our food quality was great!
The food is really good, specially the pasta and pizza. The staffs are friendly and the environment is gorgeous.
Came for Winterlicious as a party of three and ordered entirely from the set menu. We were extremely hungry but didn't even finish the food. Appetizer salads tasted stale, the polpo was overly greasy, and both mains were served cold. The spaghetti al pomodoro tasted like jarred sauce, and the pizza was cold and tasted like day-old leftovers. The only positives were the Aperol spritz, sangria, and tiramisu. Given how hyped and well-reviewed Gusto 501 is, this experience was especially disappointing. Winterlicious should showcase a restaurant at its best, but the food quality and execution were far below expectations.
Went there for my birthday dinner and they brought out my cake in a nice presentable way with candles and the service and food was amazing!! would definitely visit again. :)
Great service, standouts were the red sangria, kale salad and mushroom pasta was exceptional. Will definitely be back
A friend took me here and ordered me the mushroom pasta dish and it was divine! We had the recommendation from our lovely server to get the focaccia to dip into the sauce! Sooo good!
I have heard only good things about Gusto 501 and I can sincerely say that I was not disappointed. The food was amazing, the drinks were generous and the servers very attentative and nice. Overall it was a 10/10 experience.

Service was so bad. Always sucks going to a restaurant you love and waiting 30 minutes to get a drink. I ordered a glass of wine with dinner ended up cancelling it because they forgot about it after I waited another 30 minutes. So painful.
Gusto 501 has been on my list for years, and I finally tried it today. Many restaurants close after 2:30 pm, but this one was open and perfect for a pasta craving.
The salad was simple but fresh, and the mushroom pasta paired wonderfully with a glass of Pinot Grigio. Prices are moderate, and the atmosphere is beautiful and comfortable.
Definitely worth revisiting—next time I’m trying their brunch and dome-shaped wood-fired pizza

Food was yummy! Had the fungi pasta and the truffle was apparent and delicious. Great atmosphere, at times a little loud. Nothing really special about the tiramisu but the espresso was delicious.

Food is slightly overpriced but it's reliably tasty. Atmosphere is a 5. Staff is a 5. It's basically the Italian version of the keg.
