So good!! We’ve been looking for a new local sushi place that is easy to order in after our other fav moved and the quality went down. After trying MULTIPLE places nearby we finally found the one. Always fresh tasting salmon, perfect rice texture, great miso soup, and good flavour. A staple easy simple sushi spot.

There's no way this place has 4.5 stars... really deceiving. As someone who loves sushi, DONT waste your money coming here. It's so busy here but idk why ? the soy sauce is not even the real soy sauce it tastes like water... and the wasabi is just watered down as well... the fish is NOT fresh. It is not tasty here at all and it's so expensive for monkey sushi quality food.....

Gyoko Sushi was truly an amazing and memorable experience. The food was fresh, delicious and very well portioned and the service was not only friendly, but attentive and efficient. The restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere and was the perfect spot for a cozy sushi night for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for sushi in the Danforth area and will come back again!
