The food here is great and it’s a fun place to go for an experience. The only reason I would not give 5 stars is because the staff makes it difficult to enjoy a meal & conversation with friends because they are constantly interrupting to refill your drink, remove empty plates , or standing right beside your table essentially waiting for you to need something.

It’s definitely top notch service and I love how friendly everyone is but it can be a bit excessive sometimes and not a very relaxing experience since you’re so overstimulated by the loud atmosphere and constant interruptions to your conversations. I felt somewhat babysat during the experience today and could not enjoy my time when being interrupted every 5-10 minutes for 2 hours when no one specifically needed/wanted anything.

I truly do appreciate all the effort that the staff puts into giving good service, but still would have preferred a bit more space throughout the night.

Right location , good meat cuts however I found paying for every sauce ridiculous despite laying for every item on the menu is excessive. Don't be tight, consider giving the complimentary sauces at least a couple of them.

My second experience here. First one was in Vancouver. This time it was nice, but more « classis », a bit less little attentions. It is a nice chinese fondue place.

I’ve been eating here many times now, the food is pretty amazing and the service is mostly on point too. Just like to make a point is that today I was going to take the elevator from second floor to first floor after bathroom and an employee asked me where am I going and I said 1st floor. Then he asked again i said downstairs. He then said Huh? the stairs are over there, take the stairs. It just feels unprofessional and unnecessary, especially they weren’t going to use the elevator anyway.

A very nice hot pot experience overall, the food was great and service was great once we got seated, with waiters coming around frequently to assist and serve when needed.

The only problem we had was that we had a reservation and although we arrived on time, we were told to wait an additional 15 minutes because they thought we wanted to wait for a special promotion. The bussers seemed very impatient and rushed to answer our concerns which is why this was overlooked.

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a slightly steep ramp to enter the main floor. There is elevator access to each floor of the restaurant, but the washrooms are only on the 2nd floor.

It was my first time in a hot pot place. Tried hot pot for the first time. Service was great though had to wait a little even after making the reservation. The soup bases were too good, a little bit on the pricy side overall. Great when visiting with a group.

Fun and unique experience! Food was flavourful and service was kind. Great to split with friends.

Parking: Parked in the Eaton centre garage as it is right across the restaurant. Parking was around $28.

We had such a fun time and enjoyed learning how to do hot pot as well as the various entertainment that was provided. An amazing show and attentive and fun staff who set up some games for us at our table. Special shout out to William, he’s the man of the hour!!!!!!
