Such a good idea of pushing the drumstick together to get more satisfying, juicy bite. Battered thinly with some chili powder and flour, and marinated to incorporate an aromatic and umami flavour that conveys that signature Hakka flavour.
A reliable dish that I get whenever I'm craving Hakka. This chilli chicken is fried with a slightly thick batter in order to maximize flavour absorption of the deliciously balanced sauce of savory, sour, and sweet. Each piece of chicken is generous and has a moist interior that would go perfectly with rice.
They don’t want to make money the time says that it close at 2 and I went to the store when I saw the store was closed at 12 how is this make sense and they were so rude waste of my time never visit this restaurant

I’ve been a loyal customer of Hakka Flame for the past six years, and while the food here never disappoints (tandoori paneer noodles and veg Manchurian gravy are absolute must-haves), the dine-in experience has completely fallen apart, especially after the new ownership took over a few years ago.
The restaurant feels like it’s stuck in time, with no maintenance or updates whatsoever. The ambiance is drab, and it’s clear that the staff has been cut down to only kitchen personnel, which results in a pretty miserable dining experience. It’s almost like they’ve given up on providing any service for those who choose to eat in. The place now feels neglected, and it’s evident that the management isn’t putting in the effort they used to.
The final straw for me was my visit last night. My friend and I were in the middle of our meal when we discovered a pigeon right behind our table! Judging by the amount of pigeon poop in the corner, it seems like this bird might be a permanent resident. It was shocking, to say the least, and made the already disappointing atmosphere even worse.
If you’re craving their delicious food, I highly recommend sticking to takeout. The food is still great, but avoid dining in unless you’re okay with dining alongside unexpected “tenants.”

I ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats, thinking it was an Italian restaurant as listed. The food was awful, and when I tried to call them about it, I found out they don’t even list themselves as an Italian restaurant on Google! It turns out they’re a Hakka restaurant, which was confusing and misleading. I was so embarrassed when I called a different restaurant with a similar name by mistake. It seems like they’re trying to mask what they really serve, and I won’t be ordering from here again.

I found a dead freaking cockroach in my food!!!! It is absolutely bizarre to me how a restaurant that is so highly rated on Google can offer contaminated food!

I got chicken hakka noodles to go. 2/5 for the reasons: flavourless, almost no vegetables/chicken, small portion for the price $14.99. Simply not worth it for take out.

The worst ever food I had in my life. I ordered from uber eats and they sent momos which were smelling bad. They even didn’t send my whole order.
