This place is good, offering good coffee and a large seating area. It’s a nice spot for working, especially if you don’t require a quiet environment.
I enjoy their coffee, though I’m not as fond of their baked goods and pastries. Still, it’s nice to have an option for a quick bite when you’re hungry.

I was craving for a iced coffee, ordered one and I am very disappointed, very bitter and sour, and no one ask me if I’d like sugar to be added to it. I feel like a $4.5 wasted. Either McDonald or Tim Hortons iced coffee is 10 times better.

This is a beautiful coffee shop with great coffee and amazing food. Reason of the 2 star was because, the barista who served us lacked any type of service skills. We came in looked at the menu and the barista just stood there not really even acknowledging that we were there for the first time and kinda curious in the menu. Secondly, her greeting to us was very standoffish as if it was a hassle for us being there. When we asked for ice coffee and how we wanted it she said ok. But when she served us the coffee they came black and it was self serve. Great but she could've let us know beforehand. Also maybe having simple syrup on deck for cold coffee would help as honey and brown sugar won't dissolve once the coffee is cold. I was really disappointed in the service and energy level of this barista as everyone else working there seemed to be in good spirits. Again amazing food and coffee. But ya, barista needs to work on her service skills and communication. Nothing like walking into a coffee shop and having this energy start your day.

the employees were just talking to their friends who didn’t even work there

The latte I ordered did not have flavour and tasted like it was fully milk. Couldn’t taste the espresso.

One of my go to spots for coffee in Mississuaga is Hale Coffee place in Square One. Recently, had a chance to visit this location in Toronto, and I loved it! It’s very pretty, a lot more space, like a perfect hub for people like me, who likes to work at various coffee places.

I like their coffee itself but not that much their baked goods/pastries, but it’s still nice to have an option, when you’re hungry and want to have a quick bite.
