Best cup on Dundas St. W. The coffee game is unreal. Pretty sure they go so far as reverse engineering their water for the perfect pour. Food pop-ups and vinyl collection are also a nice touch. Can’t be missed if you’re in the area.

There’s always a lineup and people eating their sandwiches so I thought I’d give it a try.The Emma sandwiches are bad. I threw mine out. The sandwich comes on a plain white bun that is overly buttered. There is a generous amount of egg which is nice and a Smokey jam however, it’s one dimensional and after one bite, you’re over it. I couldn’t get past the wonder bread bun soaked in butter which is why I opted to throw it out.I would imagine this is highly rated because of the coffee and not the food so I wouldn’t come back for the food but maybe to try a coffee or baked good.

The barista explained the flavour notes of the espresso for me! Super cool spot with great coffee :)

I visited this cafe for the first time. I ordered a double espresso and tart. While I waited I took a seat at their children size table and stool. The choice of furniture is peculiar, uncomfortable and impractical. The tart was absolutely delicious. The espresso was underwhelming and the worst I've ever had, it was extremely sour. I've never tasted an espresso like that.

Enjoyed the collaboration between See You Soon and Hamers Coffee over the weekend. Despite the long line, the cozy interior provided a welcoming atmosphere. Opted for takeout due to limited seating. Service was excellent, with cheerful staff enhancing the morning rush experience. Tried the Breakfast Banh Mi, Tortang Talong Croissant, and lattes. Both sandwiches were flavourful, with the Tortang Talong Croissant standing out thanks to the scallion mayo. Lattes were a perfect complement. Overall, a delightful collaboration worth experiencing. If you missed it, don't worry—Hamers Coffee remains a recommended hangout spot in the neighborhood!Parking: Green P Parking at the back of the cafe

Service was fine but they serve coffee in children's paper cups.Coffee wasn't much to talk about and the price for two gulps of coffee? Crazy. The 7Eleven across the street sells nice size large coffees that taste pretty good for a $1.00!All the coffee shops around here seem to get off on selling you the tiniest coffees they can get away with to maximize profits. Sad.I had a coffee, if you can call it that.I recommend 7 Eleven across the street.

Just passed by to get a coffee to go to warm up on my walk. Very nice space! It was busy on a Sunday Afternoon. Got one of their specials, I believe it was a smoked vanilla flat white? It was very good. I would definitely come back to get more coffee and hopefully there will be a place to sit!

I have been looking for a good bag of decaffeinated coffee beans for a long time, and i finally found it at Hamers Coffee. If you are a decaf person you really want to try a bag.

Absolute delight every time I go here! Lots of beans from different roasters.Pourovers are lovely, but the last time I went for a Kenya, it leaves with bit of a dry mouth feel. Don’t know if it’s because of the barista or the beans itself, but definitely will be coming back.

They do choose good beans from roasters around the world. My issue is with the skills.pf their barista, the shot I've gotten were clearly underextracted both times. The barista also didn't seem every interested in chatting about some of their collection. Coffee is a passion industry so be more passionate

This is my third time at Hamers Coffee and I’ll be back for more! I had the vanilla flat white with oat milk & their breakfast sandwich this time, and it was super delicious. I forgot to ask which beans they were using on espresso today, but regardless it was delicious & paired well with their flavoured drinks. My friend had a pour over that he enjoyed as well. Their space is clean, designed well, and they have a nice selection of Canadian and international coffee roasters available. They also have unique offerings of tea! I wished I lived closer so I could come everyday!
