I received the wrong order. When I tried to address the issue, the only female employee working at the time — whose name I was told might be “Jasmine” (she refused to confirm it) — was extremely rude and dismissive. Instead of correcting the mistake, she asked me to leave.

This was very disrespectful and unprofessional. Mistakes happen, but customer service should focus on fixing them, not making the situation worse. I hope management takes this seriously and provides proper training.

I'm not sure about the name of the person who dealt us the order, but the experience was bad at this restaurant

I’ve used the official app several times, but it’s unfriendly and unreliable. Deliveries are slow, possibly because Uber orders get priority—even immediate orders take a long time, and scheduled ones arrive well past the designated time. The order status is unclear, so I figured it’s better to just pay an extra $10 and use Uber instead.

I’ve been a loyal customer for three years, including at another location. I’ve tried various other burger joints, but Happy Burger is still the best!
The combination of textures is perfect, and the seasoning is just right—not too salty.
And yes—you did make us smile, just like it says on the bottom of the box.

This is the best smash burger I’ve had in Toronto. I asked them to cut it in half and they gave me another one on the house because of a small mistake. Grade A service!

Tried the banana pudding for $8.42, tastes really good, though wish the price was a bit more affordable other than that it's a great place tucked away

My wife got a hot chicken last week and said it was chewy and their waffle fries were cold, I normally order them at least once a week and love them. I got one tonight and it was awful, it was chewy and the meat looked disgusting. Gone downhill. Unfortunately after around 3 years of orders won't be back, and I wouldn't recommend it any more.

Overall tasted fine but burgers were quite dry. I needed to use a lot of ketchup, which should not be the case. Fries were good.

Pleasantly surprised at their vegan friendliness - the burger really met that craving and I love that they had a vegan special sauce with it - unlike some burger places where you have to get the vegetarian one without the sauce and it ends up quite dry.

Delicious impossible burger! I ordered takeout and got the combo. I added jalapeño and banana peppers to the burger and it was so yummy. Definitely one of the top burger spots in the city. The service was quick and I can’t speak on ambiance but the aesthetic is cute. I will be reordering again!!

The Happy Burger staff's communication is very poor. They are rude. Who will change their staff and improve their services? Thank you.

This is a great burger. Meat is juicy. Veggies are fresh. Packaging is nice. Definitely give it a try.
