The customer service is terrible, takes forever!
Ordered dr. Pepper and got a coke instead, let the server know we asked for a dr.pepper and she asked me to stop speaking to her that way. Said it's not my order, even though I ate the same order... In addition, the burger we ordered instead of chicken it was served as beef! The lady refused to speak to me to swap the burger and my cousin had to request it. Why?
My cousin was given the dr. Pepper in the end and the chicken burger, after waiting forever and being treated so rude for no reason.
Just because you're having a busy night doesn't mean you can take it out on customers who have nothing to do with back end.
So you'll spend money on long waits, rude service and poor quality food you can get down the street with service that makes you want to tip and it'll be cheaper. Not worth the hype.

I’m a diehard Happy burger fan!! I have been going since it was a Greek restaurant and although I was sad to see that go, Happy burger has been a fantastic restaurant to have in close proximity. All the burgers are good, including the chicken burger and the veggie burger. All the fixings are fresh and made to order. I’ve never received anything about a perfect order from Happy burger. Don’t even get me started on the waffle fries.
I also have to mention the kindest staff I’ve ever run into in a fast food restaurant.
Such an amazing experience and such tasty foood! Great service.

Attendant rudely hung up on me when I called to make an order after saying they only take orders on their app. App doesn’t work because I made an account with the wrong email accidentally. Please don’t put barriers to customers getting your food.
