The drinks were so delicious even the teens couldn't stop talking about the Passionfruit "Something". We LOVED Lumpia Fest and will definitely be back to try all of the delicious Filipino fare. More people need to know about this place!

Went to Electric Bill for the Lumpia Fest with slowjams.to. Inside is super cute, a very casual vibe just like the patio. Greeted warmly and offered any seating we preferred. Chef cooking up the lumpia was so good, tastes just like home ❤️ we also tried the longonisa corn dogs, amazing! I think what really surprised us was the garlic rice and we added egg, so flavourful. Would definitely return for another Lumpia Fest. The drink menu has lotssss of options, I didn't try anything as I was driving but I will be returning because there were lots of ingredients that I like. The server was good and shared all the non-alcoholic options and even offered virgin drinks which we appreciated. Overall great experience, planning another happy hour meeting!

We were very warmly greeted by the staff, service was friendly and prompt. We tried one of everything from the food menu, and really enjoyed all the fare. We especially liked the fried chicken, all the skewers and the cheese spring rolls. There were a good number of vegetarian dishes for our vegetarian friend too. We tried most of the cocktails, and each one was well balanced and refined. The service was very attentive, our drinks were always full, and our server gave great recommendations. We'll definitely be back!

Great options for HH. Almost half of their regular food menu. Drinks were not as great as Civil Liberties IMO.
Absolutely delightful, was able to accommodate my 20 guest reservation and didn't enact any outlandish fees or stipulations. Really appreciate it.
