We booked a week in advance and when my party of 5 showed up, one of the hot plates were out of order. The other 6 person tables were pre-booked so we had stick to our table. We had to reach over and as a result dropped a lot of our food. I feel like this could have been avoided on their behalf. Food was good though.

The food is amazing & delicious and the manager is very nice. My mom came for her birthday yesterday and we got her dinning fee waived. Appreciated! Best Chinese hotpot in downtown!
