Beautiful views. Bartenders are nice. Good customer service. Went for happy hour! Nice view of the city!

Completely disillusioned and disappointed in the site. We went to celebrate a birthday and the reservation was from 9:00 pm to 11:30 pm, however from 10:45 pm the waitress Samantha started mentioning that we should have left the table. Samantha was completely dismissive and rude with her service. He brought things to us roughly and even poured some water on one of the people at the table. Any request for service was met with anger and contemptuous looks. Even so, they charge for a service that honestly should not be charged for people like her because it made the experience exhausting. I also saw how he looked at the women at another table and looked them up and down just as he did with the people at our table. I do not recommend the service of this site at all.

Very disappointed. Went for after dinner bday drinks with 5 friends. Place was half empty, but told to sit at a table bottle service was required. Fine not ideal but ok. Was asked half heartedly if we wanted the "lights" the bottle service person looked bored and annoyed. The letters in the signed were flopping around. No enthusiasm, no smiles, just sheer boardem. No add insult to injury. My wife asked for some jalapeño to mix into her tequila. Was told they cant do that, but can bring a glass of jalapeño juice. Was charged $22 for a glass of brine! Are you kidding me. $600 for a bottle that costs $100 at lcbo and a autograd of $120 for poor service, but to charge for jalapeño brine?Next time pull my hair and punch me below the belt first.

Our experience was okay, we were here to celebrate our anniversary, harriet’s front desk on the rooftop was not at all greeting and helpful.I don’t know was it just with us because she was all good and chatty with others ( I don’t want to put it out but people who were white), is it something to do with race as we are south asians?I could clearly see that and sense a discrimination. We were stuck in the parking for good 10 min and when we called harriet’s help number she said she doesn’t know how the parking looks ( which was on the basement level of the same building) and she can not help us with it, she even said figure out asap or i will have to cancel your reservation and book for some later time. Which seemed very rude.At the rooftop, she took almost 5 min to figure out our reservation and table ( which we already confirmed with the front desk on ground level)She was confused and unfriendly.Food and drinks were amazing, server was great, friendly and welcoming.

I was just at Harriet’s this past Friday and had amazing service! From the moment we walked in everyone was super friendly and made sure we had the best time (and we didn’t have a reservation - but highly recommend doing so!) The drinks were delicious and the food was spectacular! Will definitely be back soon in the

The place is nice with some beautiful view but the food is not recommended, only nigiri ? was good from all our order. Me and my friend are not drinking alcohol so we came to enjoy food with a view. In the menu only 3 non alcoholic drinks and also not the best drinks.

Really enjoyed the ambience and skyline views of the city from their covered patio. Food & drinks were great. Not the biggest portions but great for a great place for cocktails and apps. The servers were terrific, very friendly, attentive and patient with our requests. Will definitely be coming back in the warmer months.

Great rooftop. Formerly known as the Thompson Rooftop, 1 Hotel has done a good job with the renovation and the vibes for this rooftop. It gets pretty busy sometimes in the evening and night, but during the spring and summer the patio and pool opens up which gives more breathing space. Although the views use to be better arguably, since with new condo developments in the city blocking the CN Tower. Not much you can do there! Overall a good rooftop that is better than the competitors in the city.

An unforgettable and memorable evening - from food to music to service, it was perfect. What made it simply exceptional was the outstanding service which is a rarity in Toronto. Samantha knocked it of the park and I would go back just to see her smiling face. Her recommendations were on point and she truly made our night. My bestie and I were going through a tough time and her amazing vibe let us escape our woes for that one evening. Harriet’s should be lucky to have such great ambassadors be a part of the business! Definitely going back!

Overall a pretty good experience for my birthday dinner, they let me bring cupcakes and birthday gifts at our table.Service was slow, we waited a very long time to find our waitress for the bill, but it was pretty busy.I always recommend making a reso, it gets busy!Lovely views and it’s a great option for dinner and really pretty drinks!

Tried Mt. Harriets on a sunny Sunday and loved it. Great option for when the rooftop is closed! Full video on IG.

I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to the date and specifically asked several times if there would be a minimum spend. They told me no. The day of the reservation, they call me and tell me there is a minimum spend of $500. I booked the place for my birthday and explained to them that I was told there was no minimum spend. They ignored that and did not care. Then, in person they told me there was a minimum spend of 1 bottled, and not $500. I am so disappointed by the service and communication… It was very unprofessional.

The food portions were beyond tiny and tasted awful! Do not get the vegetable tempura or anything. Just go for vibes this place is too overpriced and everything tastes bad.
