What a place! The donuts were fresh and full of flavour at 16:00. Apple fritter is a must try, one of the best i ever had. Had a great slice of pepperoni pizza as well.

a little on the sweet side. liked the fluffy donuts. cakey donuts were a bit more sweet. probably wouldve been better if we were able to make selections online

Donuts don’t get much better than this!

Tried their sour cream donut with chocolate icing and it was incredibly delicious…not to dry or cakey and you could really taste the sour cream (assuming that’s what they use to make it so flavourful)!

Will definitely be back to try more donuts! Bravo!!!

Californian and donut lover here....These are fine, but they're not legit cake donuts. The old-fashioned was spot on with a hefty cake dough and a good rise, but the rest were bread with frosting. Better Days has the best authentic cake donuts around.

The coconut cream filled donut here was amazing! Loved the filling. But the cinnamon sugar donut felt too plain with cinnamon sprinkled on top. Unfortunately they were out of the famous apple fritter donut, but I'll come back for it again!

Unfortunately, they are overhyped. I really wanted to like this place.

Delicious donuts, unfortunately too pricey. a dozen of them cost($50) twice as much as a dozen from San Remo($25) Bakery, which I feel are just as good.

I’ve seen this place listed as one of the top doughnut spots in the city so gave it a shot. I got the marshmallow filled Boston cream doughnut and apple fritter. Came to $12.06 (15% tip included)The Boston cream was fresh and fluffy. I was hesitant to get a marshmallow filling, but it worked very well. It wasn’t overwhelmingly sweet, but just right. The apple fritter was off the hook. One of the best apple fritters I’ve ever had. Fresh fluffy and made with love. Not the cheapest, but high quality and pretty big, so I’m not mad. The service was great. Had the pleasure of chatting with the owner who was such a wonderful person, full of positive energy and charisma. I don’t think I’ve ever felt more welcome. The hype is real, this is a place I will be visiting on the regular.

$4 for a strawberry filled donut that was no better than the ones I get at Zehrs for far less.

Absolutely fabulous donuts. I travel everywhere for donuts and LA has some of the best. This place is a true California style donut. Very similar to DK donuts, if you're familiar, same pink box and all. The staff is a pure delight. The woman at the front was so helpful and kind. I'm so sad that we don't have these in NY/NJ. The owner has truly made a perfect California donut in Toronto. Thank you for the delicious memories.
