This place was beautiful and clean, which set high expectations. However, the food was quite average. The classic burger, priced at $13, was a bit overpriced, especially since it didn’t include drinks or fries. The fries were well-fried but lacked flavour and salt. They were so bland that they needed ketchup to be enjoyable. The only ketchup they provided was upon request, which was inconvenient. It would have been better if a house sauce had been included with the fries. Despite trying everything, my burger craving wasn’t satisfied, and I left feeling like I was missing out on other great places. Overall, it was okay, but nothing memorable. Probably won’t go back. I don’t intend to be mean, but I believe this feedback is important for the restaurant’s improvement.

Very tasty and filling meal! Had the classic Jane and some onion rings, much better quality than the big name fast food chains. I would definitely eat here again. They also took care to follow the mod request I had on my burger which was good.

Visited for the first time today, only bought an onion rings but they were delicious! They have an oddly nice carnival fried food smell. Will definitely be going back to try the rest of the menu. Also the washrooms are super clean and smell great!

Ordered a classic Jane solo, a double Jane solo, some chicken fingers and onion rings. The onion rings were good and the chicken fingers were alright. The burgers were alright as well, but nothing that great. They made an odd choice for the classic jane and double jane to remove certain parts of the sandwich (classic has lettuce, tomatoes and Harry's sauce, but double removes those in place of 1 patty and anything else is considered an addon). The patties were also a bit more salty than I like.

This is one of the worst burgers I have ever had by far!
Burger was burnt yet cold; how do you do that? Four dollars for five onion rings. The bun top was good, but the bottom was dried out, like it had been sitting out too long. We will not be going back. The staff was not friendly, did not greet us, and the seating was not good for people with mobility issues.
