I recently visited this restaurant to pick up an Uber delivery order on 07-Mar at around 7:30pm. At the reception, the staff member girl attending people asked me to return to my vehicle and bring my hot bag before handing over the order, which I complied with without hesitation. However, shortly afterward another driver arrived and was given the order by a different staff member without being asked for a hot bag at all. When I politely pointed out the inconsistency, I was told not to return to the restaurant again. As delivery drivers, we represent the final link between your restaurant and the customer, and we expect to be treated with basic fairness and respect. I hope the management takes note of this incident and ensures consistent and professional conduct toward all drivers in the future.

Doesn't matter how good the food is when you're rude to children, these people think it's ok to have an 11 year old wait outside while his friends eat. This was a terrible display of use of power against a child. Don't eat here!!! Owners you need to get your employees to be respectful!!! I won't name the woman by name for obvious reasons, but I'm sure you've had complaints about her before, anyone that speaks to someone else's kid this way needs to be fired.

The fries left a lot to be desired. Salted yes but still without flavour. They are practically generic frozen fries. Mashed, formed then frozen

Delicious burger! Would be 5 starts however, I really wish the hours went later, especially on weekends. This food is so great and high quality, but I can never eat it late at night!

Tried the spicy chicken sandwich with onion rings and jalapeño dipping sauce — everything was excellent. The chicken was crispy and juicy with just the right amount of heat, and the onion rings were golden and not greasy at all. Portions were generous and the food came out fast. Classic charbroiled spot with great flavor and friendly service. Definitely coming back.
Love love love this place. I'm a streetcar operator and I get excited whenever I get assigned the 506 because it means I can stop here for lunch.
Best burger and fries in Toronto, hands down. Service is fast and friendly. Some people complain about the price but in my opinion it's entirely reasonable for the quality and decent portions. You will not be disappointed, this is the real deal.
