I ordered the Spicy Club handheld because the ad showed it in a wrap, but mine came on multigrain bread. Maybe that’s how it’s supposed to be, but it wasn’t what I expected. The owner said staff confirms while taking the order, but no confirmation was taken from me by the staff. The taste was actually pretty good, but for $17 the portion felt really small. Even though the ingredients are truly fresh and flavourful, the portion size still does not justify the price.
The staff could’ve been a bit more helpful, especially since it was my first time there. I’ve heard a lot of great things about this place, so maybe I just caught it on an off day, but personally I didn’t get the experience I was hoping for. Good flavour, just not worth the price for me since they have bowls and salads of around same price range with much better portions.

The value proposition is lacking due to the little amount of chicken in the chicken shawarma bowl (approx. half a chicken breast). Still, the quality is good overall. If protein is important to you order it with extra chicken.
EDIT: judging by other reviews that received much more chicken than me, it seems to be a portion control issue on their part.
EDIT2: it’s great to see that the restaurant carefully measures their food! Now we know that it’s been precisely calculated to provide a somewhat mediocre value proposition, as stated in my review 👍. Of course, there’s nothing wrong with that - customers can make their own mind up about what’s acceptable or not 😊

Menu & food quality are good but, between their serving sizes and inconsistency combined with high prices, I won't be going back. I've ordered here about 5 times and in quite a few instances I walked away feeling I got ripped off. The bowls had tons of extra space in them, making it feel more like a side a $20 salad versus a full lunch. Definitely not enough food to stay full. Plus, their Habibi bowl has been served differently in the few times I've had it - sometimes include some ingredients, others not.
I like the idea of this place, but they need to make sure their servings reflect value.

Bowl was delicious! Pita chips slightly stale but other than that it was great. Chicken was good quality. Friends staff, Music was bit loud but cute little place for healthy eating, hope they open more locations soon.

The Chicken Shawarma Bowl, Steak Salad, and Mexican Black Bean Bowl are my top picks—great for keeping on track with my macros and always delicious. Ordering through the app is simple and reliable, and my orders have been spot-on every time. The staff are very friendly, and the location in Union Station’s food court makes it incredibly convenient.

Grabbed a quick lunch on my travel and stopped here. Had the pesto chicken sandwich that I was able to customize the way I like it, the cashier was super nice and attentive! The rest of the workers worked great with each other.. overall a great atmosphere here and the food was fresh. Would be back
