I work in the area and practically come to this Harvey’s every day, and it never disappoints. My order is always the same, and Anita always remembers me she’s incredibly friendly, welcoming, and makes such genuine, pleasant conversation that it really brightens my day. She truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell she cares about the customers.
The rest of the team is just as warm and welcoming, which says a lot about how well this location is run. Service is fast every time, the food consistently tastes great, and the restaurant is always clean and well kept.
Huge shout-out to Anita and her colleagues for making this location such a great place to come back to day after day. Keep up the amazing work!

Went here today with my wife. Very disappointed with the pre-cooked burger that virtually got passed over the grill to take the chill off of it and by the time we got to our table with the burgers, they were just barely warm.
I talked to who I think was the manager and she said that I can request a freshly grilled burger cooked while I was waiting there next time. Not sure if I will ever return now.

This place is chronically understaffed. Usually you wait a while for food but it’s been 45 minutes today and still not received out “fast food”. Oh and obviously web orders taking priority over people waiting in line.
