The gravy was cold and clumpy. And the cheese in the poutine tasted off. Overall quality of the order wasn’t fresh. And the tables were dirty. Customer service was okay, except for one staff who were busy on their phone while a line up started to form. I tried to get their attention several times, but they were too busy on their phone. Won’t be returning to this location.

I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant, primarily due to the behavior of a staff member named Ash. She was consistently rude, displayed a poor attitude, and lacked basic politeness. This significantly detracted from the overall enjoyment of my dining experience… I will never go there again and make sure non of my friends too..
