I went in for 2 things, a slushy and an 8 count of mini donuts, they somehow managed to give me those 2 items in 17 mins.
17 mins for two items, you did not swap out the oil from when you just fried onion rings and fries in, I saw you do all this.
You served me old oil fried donuts, it tasted horrible. I will never be going back to this location again.

Met a cousin for lunch and catch-up, food and service was great, friendly staff. Got there at 11:30, after we got our food, found a seat, 40+ people filed in for the workers / student lunch hour, it was crazy busy. Props to the staff who kept their cool, I would have been going nuts. It's all about location, location, location.

I have a love/hate thing with this place. I both love and hate that I enjoy the food there as much as I do. If I liked it less, I'd eat less of it. That said, the food is always great, the staff there are always super friendly and quick. I highly recommend Harvey's.
“They don’t keep up practice of wearing gloves while preparing your food” These were the words of the manager after complaining. Then said I’ll just give you a refund, not the way you’d expect a manger to handle sick situations. Thank god I got my food and prepared in a respectable manner

"On Saturday, I went to this place with a friend, and they gave us our order packed and ready to go. I questioned this because we wanted to eat there, and their official hours say they close at 12 a.m., and it was only 11:15 p.m. They said we couldn't dine in because before closing, they only serve food delivery drivers picking up orders. I don't believe this was true; it seemed like a racist act because we are Hispanic. If they were correct, please modify your closing hours for the general public or make it clear from the start before charging for the order."

I feel employees need more training how to maintain Harvey's standard. He literally gave me open bag without tissues in it. No Greetings. I understand the hurry but I have experience for the first time
