I went here with my family on sunday. The food was great, the cook had nothing but positive energy, however; the lady with the mask has a very negative demeanor and has attitude issues. Also her hair is long and it was all over the place, it was hanging out of her hairnet and not well contained which is a food safety issue. I like the place because the cook is always asking how we're doing and the food is always great, but that one lady ruined the whole vibe of the place going on.

they precook their burgers and onion rings, the burgers are so dry and over cooked and the onion rings are so hard from being double fried i will not return, do they think Torontonian's are stupid

I normally have great food from this location, however, today was a huge disappointment. I ordered the deep fried pickles and an Angus burger online for delivery. The pickles were burnt to a crisp....inedible. And the Ranch sauce it came with was watered down. My Angus burger was overcooked, tough, rubbery and tasteless. And I didn't even get the toppings I had ordered! I couldn't finish my meal, it was so bad.

I placed an online order and specified to pick it up at 410. This was around 3:35 but when the order went thru it says it's ready for 3:46. So my food will be sitting for 20 minutes before I can get it. Tried calling your location and the phone doesn't even ring it goes straight to voice-mail. Very disappointing
