This place has been my go to place for lunch ever since i came to the neighborhood. The dining area is always clean and the staff are super nice, especially Rasool, who is always friendly and professional.

We were homebound and wanted "fast food" but wanted to avoid McDonald's, although all 3 grandchildren wanted McD. We ordered it for delivery. McD kid meals come with the main, a side, a drink, a toy and yogurt. Harvey's comes with the main, a side, a drink, and a "plant activity." Since we usually save the yogurt for the next day anyway, and I told the children the activity might be something cool to do together, they all agreed. It was delivered to my front door -- but the driver didn't even ring the bell, just left it on the porch. Luckily when it was at the end of the time period given for delivery, I looked outside and saw it. Yuch -- it could have been accessed by squirrels or bugs! Especialy frustrating is that the delivery tip was paid in advance, so I guess the driver didn't care about what condition it was left in. The food itself was accurate although lazily packed - no special packing for the children etc. Mains in one bag, sides in one, drinks in one. But the "plant activity" was not included. I tried to reach the store but was redirected to a main office chat. They said they would contact the store and I would hear back. The children were disappointed. TWENTY EIGHT HOURS LATER, I received an email from the store. "Sorry for the inconvenience...you can come into the store some time in the future to pick up the activity, and extras if you want." Seriously?? The very least they should have done would have been to send someone here right away with the missing items. But really it should also have included either a partial refund or discount for any possible "next time." It all left a bad taste in my mouth. Disappointing.

I've been working near this Harvey's for 15 years and it was always fine, but certain staff there have made it a much more friendly and comfortable spot.Rasool especially has really made each visit memorable. He always remembers my face and makes sure to say hi and make me feel welcome.
