Burger bun was stale and the fries were old and soggy. I guess they thought putting it in a poutine would mask it. It seems like they get a fair amount of customers so I don’t know why they’re serving old food. I would never go here again.

Smells like human faeces inside like there’s something wrong with their sewage ever since then I’ve been weary of this location.
Staff should be briefed to ask if a dog is a service dog and to understand that service dogs legally are able to accompany their owners into restaurants. This should be standard Canadian practice.

Absolutely horrendous service and food. Me and my boyfriend have had ongoing issues with this location and the last straw was last night when I found out the meat in my Angus burger was raw! I called the location and they didnt seem surprised or concerned about it st all. They offered a refund with receipt if my boyfriend walked back over in the freezing cold. No apologies whatsoever. I will be contacting the Health Department regarding this.

Service was very bad. The server at 2pm on Tuesday she was very rude and belligerent and unhygienic. Wont come back here, wont recommend anyone go there as well.

This was the worst harveys I have ever been to. They gave us disgusting and old fries which we returned and asked for new ones and then one of the fries was raw in the poutine. They charged us 7 dollars from Swiss chalet for donuts when it’s 3 dollars from Harveys which is the biggest scam I have ever heard. What’s the price difference we asked? 2 more donuts and dipping sauce. The angus burger was ok but the cheese wasn’t melted, the pickles and tomatoes looked old and sitting all day as well. The staff really tried but this was just bad from start to finish. Not to mention we saw them not wear gloves when touching some of the machines where clearly the food is. Would not be surprised if they close down when shake shack, McDonald’s, and burger priest are all around the corner.

We ordered poutines and it was much worse than other Harvey's locations. There was a horrible smell and the floor was sticky. The server seemed nice. We'll avoid this location.
This is only location I’ve visited where the kitchen staff actually fill the fries to the top 🤯 You’d think that would be standard procedure across all Harvey’s but nope. Fortunately this location gets it ✅
In terms of atmosphere, the seating is plentiful and has always been available when I’ve gone. Staff sometimes hand out coupons 🤤 but there is one standout person I’m sure everyone that visits this location can agree is their favourite person. She understands customer service 👏👏👏 Smile, clear communication, gratitude. Sets the bar HIGH.
