I came by around lunch time today. There was alot of people in the line. There's a lady named Marissa and I don't know how she do it working all by herself and I waited not even 5 mins but less than 5 mins. She's doing multiple jobs and you can't run the restaurant without her. I want the manager to give her a raise for doing a good job. Keep up the good work Marissa👏

Walked in around 1:30pm ordered two orders of 12 nuggets. 1. All of the chicken nugget batter tasted like dirty oil. The nuggets were hard to chew & all weird sizes. Couldn’t tell if I was eating batter or chicken đŸ˜”â€đŸ’« $26 wasted. Don’t get Harvey’s nuggets & avoid this location đŸ€ź kitchens dirty, appliances all dirty. Kitchen looks like a death trap. Not really sanitary
from the smell I don’t know what it is? Service was great! Food was trash.

Hands down the worst Harvey’s experience I’ve ever had. The burger patty was burnt to a crisp, the toppings were wrong, and instead of fountain drinks I got bottles thrown on top of my food like an afterthought. By the time it showed up, everything was cold, soggy, and disgusting from the condensation.

To make it worse, I tried calling the store and of course no one bothered to answer. So not only did I waste my money, I was left with inedible food and zero customer service. This wasn’t just a bad order, it was a complete joke. Absolutely ruined my dinner and my night. Never ordering from here again.

super long wait about 15-20 minutes. Are you guys killing the cow in the back as well? like what’s happening and then the audacity when you didn’t add the cheese when I clearly asked for it and told you, you just slap it on without cooking it and give it to me so I told you to remake it and I got a combo and it says with cheese. It’s Angus with cheese. It’s in your combo. It’s included in the cost.
You asked me to pay extra 75cents then said its 85cents for cheese which I paid even though I pointed out your own billboard to you that it’s included in the cost. It’s combo number one angus with cheese what’s your employee still insisted I pay extra fee which I shouldn’t have to pay because it’s included the cost, but I did.

For not hearing me correctly an extra fee that’s already included your employee ripping me off and who knows how many others customers shes also ripped off and where this extra amount is going. She just literally ripped off another customer charging them extra for something they didn’t even order

Your employee gaslighting me saying oh are you sure you did? You said you didn’t want cheese. Why would I say that when I want cheese? I clearly said I want cheese Pay attention. Yesterday I came in around 2 or 3 pm. There were about 3 or 4 people at take out plus the delivery drivers. I been coming to harveys some time now. And this is the first time im writing a review about her. Well she doing an awesome job. Her name is MARISSA. Shes trying her best to do all the orders and the delivery drivers are so rude to her....kept putting their phone to her face while helping a customer and they have no patient at all. All the delivery drivers need to be more nicer to her. Hope your manager appreciates your hard work 👏

I had a very disappointing experience at Harvey’s. The customer service was poor and showed a complete disregard for customers. While ordering, I overheard a younger Asian female staff member preparing my food and openly complaining about how big the burger was. This was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Instead of providing good service, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience just for ordering. I expected better from Harvey’s, and this experience left a very negative impression.
