Good food.
Fries are undercooked, chicken over done and tasteless.
Waste of money.
The Harvey’s is adjoined to a Swiss Chalet and definitely feels like after thought. The space and the amount of employees cannot accommodate the amount of customers coming in
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Exceptional Service That Deserves Recognition!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience at the Harvey’s/Swiss Chalet on Queens Quay that I felt compelled to share it—especially to highlight the outstanding service from the female cashier working at 6:30 PM. She was wearing distinctive pink glasses and pink earrings, and her warmth and attention to detail made the visit truly memorable.
From the moment I stepped in, she greeted me with a genuine smile and an upbeat attitude that instantly made the place feel welcoming. Despite it being a busy time, she remained calm, friendly, and incredibly attentive. She didn’t rush through the interaction like you sometimes see in fast-food settings. Instead, she took the time to go over the menu options, patiently answered questions, and made sure the order was exactly right. Her energy was positive and professional—something you don’t always get, especially during peak hours.
On top of all that, she had the cutest accent—it added such a charming and personal touch to the whole interaction. It just made the experience feel even more warm and memorable. You could tell she genuinely cared about the customers and wanted everyone to leave happy.
What really stood out was how she double-checked the order without being asked, confirmed any customizations, and even offered extra napkins and condiments before I could think to ask. She made sure everything was hot, fresh, and packaged properly, all while managing a line of customers without showing any stress. I also noticed her being just as kind and courteous to the people before and after me in line, which speaks volumes about her consistency and work ethic.
It’s small things—like caring enough to ask if the food was to my liking, or smiling while handing over the bag—that transform a standard takeout visit into a memorable one. She went above and beyond what you’d expect from a cashier, showing a level of customer care that felt personalized and sincere.
The food was solid, as expected from Harvey’s and Swiss Chalet, but the service was what truly elevated the experience. If management is reading this: please recognize this employee. She is a star and an asset to your location.
Highly recommend this Queens Quay location, and I’ll definitely be returning—thanks again
First time at Harvey’s in about 5 years because I had a gift card.
Asked for bacon - did not get bacon.
Used the same tongs for all toppings.
If I could do 0 instead of one star I would, Harvey’s no longer makes your burger a beautiful thing.
I came with my friend who was visiting from Montreal. He wanted to try our “Ontarios poutine”. And we were served by Komal ,who took our order and made our order. She was so very polite and very friendly and very knowledgeable about the Pos promotions and in guiding us to get our order to our interest. And we also had a pop spill on the table where
We were sitting and she rushed to our table right away to help clean the table. She was very understanding and very polite. She definitely made our choice very special and memorable. We wish her the best.
Completely disregard notes on uber eats, sandwich took over 40 minutes to leave the restaurant, soggy cold, water dripping out of the sandwich, its really not that hard to make a sandwich without putting WATER IN IT and read a note that is in your face. Hot dog bun was the nastiest thing i ever had it was old and hard as a rock

Bread is stale, fries are soggy, and the taste of the food altogether taste nothing like the other locations. This particular restaurant is ruining the reputation and consistency of Harvey’s. Only one worker working, handling takeout and dine in orders.

Awful service with one person working.....wait is extra long and there's literally 1 person doing the orders for take out and Uber. They designed this place for you to be inconvenienced. Why is there only one front person? There's ppl waiting for their order to be made and the front person just stopped mid way to give Uber orders......I'm so inconvenienced and so is everyone else here....my food is cold since I'm waiting on an order that was a mistake to be remade
Calling the service slow would be a compliment
It was great, I had the Ghost pepper hot sauce. It was really spicy, be careful, but very tasty! My friend drooled everywhere because he wasn't used to the heat haha. The staff wasn't very pleasant, but the food is good.
