Walked in around 1:30pm ordered two orders of 12 nuggets. 1. All of the chicken nugget batter tasted like dirty oil. The nuggets were hard to chew & all weird sizes. Couldn’t tell if I was eating batter or chicken 😵💫 $26 wasted. Don’t get Harvey’s nuggets & avoid this location 🤮 kitchens dirty, appliances all dirty. Kitchen looks like a death trap. Not really sanitary…from the smell I don’t know what it is? Service was great! Food was trash.

Hands down the worst Harvey’s experience I’ve ever had. The burger patty was burnt to a crisp, the toppings were wrong, and instead of fountain drinks I got bottles thrown on top of my food like an afterthought. By the time it showed up, everything was cold, soggy, and disgusting from the condensation.
To make it worse, I tried calling the store and of course no one bothered to answer. So not only did I waste my money, I was left with inedible food and zero customer service. This wasn’t just a bad order, it was a complete joke. Absolutely ruined my dinner and my night. Never ordering from here again.

super long wait about 15-20 minutes. Are you guys killing the cow in the back as well? like what’s happening and then the audacity when you didn’t add the cheese when I clearly asked for it and told you, you just slap it on without cooking it and give it to me so I told you to remake it and I got a combo and it says with cheese. It’s Angus with cheese. It’s in your combo. It’s included in the cost. You asked me to pay extra 75cents then said its 85cents for cheese which I paid even though I pointed out your own billboard to you that it’s included in the cost. It’s combo number one angus with cheese what’s your employee still insisted I pay extra fee which I shouldn’t have to pay because it’s included the cost, but I did.
For not hearing me correctly an extra fee that’s already included your employee ripping me off and who knows how many others customers shes also ripped off and where this extra amount is going. She just literally ripped off another customer charging them extra for something they didn’t even order
Your employee gaslighting me saying oh are you sure you did? You said you didn’t want cheese. Why would I say that when I want cheese? I clearly said I want cheese Pay attention. Yesterday I came in around 2 or 3 pm. There were about 3 or 4 people at take out plus the delivery drivers. I been coming to harveys some time now. And this is the first time im writing a review about her. Well she doing an awesome job. Her name is MARISSA. Shes trying her best to do all the orders and the delivery drivers are so rude to her....kept putting their phone to her face while helping a customer and they have no patient at all. All the delivery drivers need to be more nicer to her. Hope your manager appreciates your hard work 👏

I had a very disappointing experience at Harvey’s. The customer service was poor and showed a complete disregard for customers. While ordering, I overheard a younger Asian female staff member preparing my food and openly complaining about how big the burger was. This was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Instead of providing good service, it felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience just for ordering. I expected better from Harvey’s, and this experience left a very negative impression.

Went today Sept 6th, 2025 for poutine and I noticed the gravy was very off. Compared to the dundas square Harvey's location or Jarvis and gerrard location it taste like it lack seasoning and savory flavor. Something simple as gravy should be exact same recipe for every location I hope this gravy was a bad batch or maybe cause they use same gravy as the Swiss Chalet next door. I am very disappointed. Other than that their burgers are same as every other location.

Honestly, Komal was amazing! Super friendly, patient and made sure everything was exactly how I wanted. It’s rare to see someone so cheerful and attentive even during a busy rush. She really made the whole experience better – definitely one of the nicest people I’ve come across at Harvey’s!

The customer service, especially by lady named Tasha, was extremely rude. She was literally yelling at the delivery drivers. She wasted my 25 minutes saying my order was not ready after checking my order number, and at the end she said she didn’t have the order I was waiting for and didn’t even apologize for the mistake she did. Extremely unprofessional and disturbing behaviour. I want to complain about her services, behaviour to your higher authority too. I would really appreciate if I can get the procedure to do that by you guys.

I’m really disappointed with my recent visit to Harvey’s. The bun on my burger was burnt, which completely ruined the taste. On top of that, the fries were terrible — this is the second time they’ve been cold and stale. I expected better quality, especially since this has now happened more than once. Definitely not a good experience.I understand this is the busiest location but they don’t have any kind of fried chicken and no burner so why this location they are running when they don’t have nothing please take care about at this location .Even when we go for the burning smell and fires was not fresh the crew the girl who was made our sandwich and handover the food she is like just totally ignore .im totally unsatisfied .moreover we wait along for just one combo .
We were asked to move from dinning room although there were no signs for us not to enter.
After a long day the last thing you want to do is move after you've unwrapped your food.
The lady was nice but they need to help her with signage to prevent moving ppl after they've sat down.

Kind of a small location with decent service. Soda station did not taste the best. Harveys does not have a competitive edge againt the fast food competition. Not bad but nothing ground breaking either. The variety of ingredients is mid. Location is decent and portion size was good too.
