His attention to detail and friendly demeanor make every visit enjoyable. I believe his presence is truly valuable to the shop, and his excellent customer service sets a high standard. Three flights up an escalator to the food court. Even at lunch, tables available. Clean. Obviously some businesses closed and looking a bit forlorn. Service at Harvey’s is fast and pleasant. Lots of choice with toppings. The Angus burger itself is pretty tasteless and the texture is not really burger like. The bun is nice. The fries are hot and fresh but mushy and obviously frozen. Harveys once had fresh cut fries and lovely charcoal broiled burgers. Not any more. Just an unappetizing...
