This week, I saw this location receive a HUGE delivery of the frozen criossants brand Au Pain Dore Frozen Criossants, a product you can find at Costco. Such a shame that they advertise that they make them fresh in-house when they're serving frozen criossants to customers at astronomical prices!! This is unfair to your customers and crazy for your business to be doing this.
Unique and delicious variety of croissants. Nice place. Polite staff.
Love their bubble tea!
Picked up to go so perhaps this had something to do with the taste. coffee milk tea was interesting, had a weird banana smell to it š¤·š»āāļø. Nutella filling was a thin viscous liquid that leaked out of the croissant. Not pleasant to eat.
Lack of options at 2PM
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Hazukido today. I ordered a Brown Sugar Macchiato with Coconut Jelly and Brown Sugar Boba, and it was a complete disaster.
First, the staff had no proper trainingāthe two girls behind the counter were clearly struggling. They gave me a hot cup for a cold drink, which is just common sense for any cafĆ© worker. On top of that, Iām pretty sure I was overcharged because they didnāt seem to know the pricing.
To make matters worse, I watched as one of them made my drink by looking at a chartāwhich is concerning for a place that should have properly trained employees. And the taste? Absolutely awful. The flavors were completely off, and the drink was nowhere near the quality I expected.
I strongly urge the management to train their staff properly before letting them serve customers. If they canāt even get the basics right, they have no business handling orders. This experience was a waste of money, and I wonāt be coming back unless they step up their game.
The quality is always great and the flavours are delicious!

I got an iced brown sugar milk tea, it was one of the worst ones Iāve had. It was just straight milk! The tapioca was okay, but to pay $7.29 FOR A SMALL cup of iced plain milk with boba is insane. Do not recommend

The picture on screen does not matcha what I ordered.
The matcha latte was so bad. Very plain in both color and taste, the drink is not even mixed well that condensed milk was floating at the bottom. It was also overly sweet.
I only took a few sip and had to throw it out.

Came here with my wife as she was in the mood for something yummy, like bubble tea. It was our first time here. The first thing we were greeted with was a warning from a staff member that the coffee machine is broken. On the one hand, our expectations (irrelevant as they were) were managed, but it is not good note to begin your cafƩ experience with a negative sentiment. My wife then ordered iced tea with tapioca. She got her drink in a cup for hot beverages with no less than a regular straw and a spoon. The staff member then said they ran out of large thick straws, which anyone, who ever drank bubble tea with tapioca, will tell you is essential for its consumption. Tapioca balls, of course, did not defy the laws of physics and got stuck in the regular straw.
In the end, this was the most expensive drink my wife has ever bought: a cup of confusion with a hint of negativity from the get-go, all for $9. A friendly encouragement to the Hazukido team: treat every customer who walks in your door as someone whose day you can brighten and lighten.

These croissants were delectable. There were different flavours to choose from but I opted for the butter, cheese and custard filled. They were so fresh and you could see the flaky buttery layers. They were crispy on the outside and soft/chewy texture on the inside. These reminded me croissants from Paris. Every bite was amazing. They were approximately $5 each and worth every penny, but they are small. The service was very friendly. I earned enough points for a free coffee which didn't taste the greatest. Don't pay for coffee here! I can't wait to come back for these croissants again!

Nice bakery in the basement level food court. Interesting variety of croissants.
I tried the turkey croissant which was delicious and the strawberry custard which was yummy, fresh and not too sweet.
Reasonably priced! I also loved the packaging for each item and the bag! Unique packaging with heating instructions :) I will certainly be back to try more flavours and drinks!
