I got an iced brown sugar milk tea, it was one of the worst ones I’ve had. It was just straight milk! The tapioca was okay, but to pay $7.29 FOR A SMALL cup of iced plain milk with boba is insane. Do not recommend

The picture on screen does not matcha what I ordered.
The matcha latte was so bad. Very plain in both color and taste, the drink is not even mixed well that condensed milk was floating at the bottom. It was also overly sweet.
I only took a few sip and had to throw it out.

Came here with my wife as she was in the mood for something yummy, like bubble tea. It was our first time here. The first thing we were greeted with was a warning from a staff member that the coffee machine is broken. On the one hand, our expectations (irrelevant as they were) were managed, but it is not good note to begin your café experience with a negative sentiment. My wife then ordered iced tea with tapioca. She got her drink in a cup for hot beverages with no less than a regular straw and a spoon. The staff member then said they ran out of large thick straws, which anyone, who ever drank bubble tea with tapioca, will tell you is essential for its consumption. Tapioca balls, of course, did not defy the laws of physics and got stuck in the regular straw.
In the end, this was the most expensive drink my wife has ever bought: a cup of confusion with a hint of negativity from the get-go, all for $9. A friendly encouragement to the Hazukido team: treat every customer who walks in your door as someone whose day you can brighten and lighten.

These croissants were delectable. There were different flavours to choose from but I opted for the butter, cheese and custard filled. They were so fresh and you could see the flaky buttery layers. They were crispy on the outside and soft/chewy texture on the inside. These reminded me croissants from Paris. Every bite was amazing. They were approximately $5 each and worth every penny, but they are small. The service was very friendly. I earned enough points for a free coffee which didn't taste the greatest. Don't pay for coffee here! I can't wait to come back for these croissants again!

Nice bakery in the basement level food court. Interesting variety of croissants.
I tried the turkey croissant which was delicious and the strawberry custard which was yummy, fresh and not too sweet.

Reasonably priced! I also loved the packaging for each item and the bag! Unique packaging with heating instructions :) I will certainly be back to try more flavours and drinks!

Just ordered milk tea and it's dripping. Went all over my clothes. The cashier just said opps sorry it's the lid and didn't even offer napkins.

A little hard to find. This is on the lower level (basement) of the ‘First Canadian Place’ building in the food court area.We tried the peach refresh drinks and three croissants: strawberry & cream, orange & honey, and coffee mascarpone. The orange and honey was their flavor of the month but underwhelming. The strawberry & cream was fresh and creamy and definitely our favorite; not too sweet which was nice. The coffee mascarpone was a close second was a really smooth creamy and flavorful filling. All of the croissants were fresh and airy - really great texture & taste. The peach refresher was refreshing (shocking!) and not too sweet.

Ordered hot chocolate thinking it would be delicious since it’s $7.50 for a small. All the drinks on the menu look like some thought was put into crafting them. Very disappointed with the fact that they use carnations hot chocolate and whipped cream from a can. I could have gone to TimHortons for the same quality and cheaper price.
