The service is okay, and the coffee is actually pretty good. But the pastries, especially the brownies, taste like they came straight out of the freezer — not fresh at all. And if you’re used to high-quality matcha, you’ll be disappointed — the matcha here really misses the mark.

This place is so cute and the food and drinks are also great. It’s local to me and I love coming in for the atmosphere and tasty drinks. It’s frequented by a lot of locals and regulars, so it’s nice to come by and catch up with the neighbourhood. It’s close enough to the park that if it’s too busy inside I can go for a walk next door or find a park bench to enjoy my drink.

My favourite thing to get is a chai latte and one of their savoury scones.

Also one of the baristas is VERY HANDSOME.

I had a lavender matcha and it was made deliciously, with really natural lavender flavor. The cafe looked so inviting to sit and relax for a while!

Very cute spot by Christie Pits. Came by, grabbed the Raspberry Oat Matcha and a blueberry muffin. The person working was very nice and the place inside was very cute! We took the items to go and sat at the park, so the location is great for that especially for these summer months. Definitely recommend.

The coffee (an americano with cream) was alright, nothing special, but the peanut butter and chocolate tart was incredibly delicious. Wish they had more pastry options, but they do have a wide variety of beverages. The vanilla tea was also pretty good.
The service was nice and the space has a nice vibe but nothing out of the ordinary. Worth it for that tart, tho.

A few vegan treats on offer and milk alternatives for your coffee beverage. I really enjoyed the Everything Cookie, which also happened to be gluten free. Seating is available if you want to stay and enjoy your coffee break.

Absolutely overated in every single way. Coffee was mediocre at best, service with a smile? Nope. When I went in to order the barista was arguing with the owner, who seemed to be very unreasonable. The almond croissant i ordered didnt taste fresh either. Try The Common a block down, better coffee and great service.
