Don’t go near the wings . They must be 6 months old. I asked why they were white in color and the waiter seemed to think they were ok even with the unexplained green and black and grey spots on them. And what’s with the flies . Lifetime diamond member staying here , expected much better .

My son and I usually have breakfast here almost everyday. We are treated royally. Our waiter Juned treats us very specially. He is very friendly ! We enjoy coming here.
Staying here right now and just had the most amazing fish tacos and cherry cheesecake delivered right to my room! Wonderful meal!
Rafi was amazing best part was the little things martinis
One of the best kept secrets in Toronto.
Spacious and it's possible to have a conversation. Great staff. Food can vary between 3.5 stars to 5, depending on the dish. Their soups are always great. Salads need a bit of inspiration. Dessert menu need revision. Overall I give Hemisphere's 4.5 stars.
I stayed at Doubletree by Hilton and visited the buffet during breakfast and I was really disappointed. I used to go to the buffet at Hilton DoubleTree in Montreal as well which was great, and this one in Toronto is a total disappointment, you get just a basic beacon and eggs, nothing else, even no choice of juices. Very poor service. Waiter Rahman was pushing us away, he just took our dishes and asked if we want a coffee to go - and we even didn't ask for the bill - but come on, if I didn't ask for a bill I'm not leaving. That was my first and last visit to the hotel breakfast, I'm glad I didn't prepay that. I do not recommend it at all.
I am staying at the Hilton Doubletree, I came down for breakfast and asked if I could use my breakfast buffet voucher in place of the buffet as I didn't want a heavy meal. They escorted me to a table and told me no problem. I was greeted by Rachman a spanish sounding waiter, it started off well he offered me juice and coffee. Then left and didn't take my order for about 10mins until I asked him if I could order. I order off the gluten free menu and ordered the cream cheese and salmon on toast with avocado. I didn't get at all what I was expecting. I got a non-gluten free bagel and Philadelphia cream cheese packs and pre packaged smoked salmon. When I asked the waiter if he could change my bagel to a gluten free toast he got very rude and told me I didn't tell him I needed that and it was my fault. He had to point out it was my fault, I pointed out that I ordered off the gluten free menu. Then he took about 15mins to bring me toast, when I asked if he was going to switch my toast he got upset and walked away, and brought me cold toast that had been sitting in the back. Then before I finished he through my bill onto the table and I pointed out that I came in with a buffet voucher and asked if it could be taken off the bill because I was told I could use it. Then he got upset and argued with me and denied taking my voucher. Then left and went to talk to the chef and staff, once he came back he had to make it very clear that he talked to the girl from the front and said I lied and she didn't say that. Then said they were going to take the main part of the meal off the bill. I thanked him, and he gave me a twisted look and walked away. Then while I finished my meal he kept avoiding me making it very awkward and would not fill my coffee up, and only the diners beside me.
I'm very disappointed in this experience. I expected more for a restaurant that is part of the Hilton Doubletree.
This restaurant is located at the Double Tree Hotel.
Our hotel stay was excellent but our dinner at this restaurant was dismal.
The restaurant has a very nice look and comfortable seating.
There was no one to greet us when we arrived. After few minutes someone came and told us we can only sit at the bar area.
The waiter had angry, abrupt mannerisms.
He had the same attitude with other tables.
He flopped menus in front of us, took our order quickly and disappeared, not to be seen again until it came time to pay.
No one came to refill our water glasses. When I asked the person serving the bar area if we can have some water, he was absolutely put out and told us the wait staff is getting our food ready. As if the waiters are the one cooking the food!
While we were eating at least 2 tables got up and walked to the bar to pay their bill as no wait staff was around to do that.
The food did not make up for the service. The hamburgers patties were dry and greasy. The bun fell apart making the burger hard to eat. The food is extremely overpriced considering the quality and the service.
One of the worst meal in a very long time. We had better food and service at McDonald’s.
I ate there 3 times while staying in the hotel, the service was wonderful but the food was sub par, paid $22 for the seafood appetizer and it came with 2 scallops and 2 shrimp, not worth the money, the hamburger was just ok and only came with a handful of fries, the fish with the fish and chips was soggy, the salmon was actually quite nice

We love staying at this hotel as the hotel staff and rooms are excellent but the food at Hemispheres is disappointing to say the least. I have stayed several times and each time I am so disappointed with the quality of the breakfasts. I have tried the breakfast buffet on a few occasions and then tried the a la carte menu and the blueberry pancakes were stodgy and tasteless. My husband ordered poached eggs and got easy over eggs. This time I tried the continental buffet and fruit choices were slim ( 3 melons, pineapple and whole apples) and miniature pastries were less than grocery store quality and only one muffin choice that I didn’t try. For 24.00 I felt it was way over priced. For the first time I ate supper here as well, unfortunately they don’t open the dining room, you can only get dinner in the bar. We ordered a Margherita pizza which had literally 2 slices of tomato cut in half and a small few slivers of basil with a premade pizza sauce and cheap mozzarella. The fish tacos were soggy and cilantro and onion forward. The chicken wings were ok. I won’t return to Hemispheres and will find somewhere else to eat in the vicinity. We even discussed finding a new place to stay that offers decent food that matches the accommodations.

We had supper at Hemisphere. The waiter was a good salesman. The calamaris were excellent as he suggested but the 8oz new york AAA centre cut was a thin overdone steak and the fries were not homemade as the waiter promised. The good pinot wine compensated our disappointing meal.
Vegetarian options: They are on the menu.
Kid-friendliness: Diner atmosphere with a bar...no white tablecloths...nothing chic. Convenient for a drink and a quick bite and is adjacent to the hotel.
Wheelchair accessibility: Adjacent to hotel.

It’s got a great atmosphere being convenient at the hotel. The service was swift and excellent.
The food however was a bit expensive. I also found that the burger had too much grease since the bottom of the bun became liquid while eating so I was basically just holding the patty. The fries were okay. I was starving so I enjoyed it but did find the bun situation rough to deal with.
The drinks are quite expensive.
