Common now, put this up against ANY other burger at a price to value and I rate this franchise as last in a line of at least 25 burger options. That said, to each his own, just saying, try gladiator burger or Johnnys or Jack Astors FIRST.

Amazing service despite the long lineup. Was greeted with a smile. Happen to be in the area an was looking for a quick bite, wasnt disappointed at all. Surely will come back when in the area.

Amazing place staff was amazing and was walking by saw a huge lineup was wondering what it was about. Gave me a free burger and did it really fast. Amazing quality was really happy with my burger 👍

I ordered 2 hamburgers from here and a poutine. The food was very good and hot. The service was quick and the places was clean. There were plenty of spots to eat at as well.

Went here and got an action hero burger, now woke up in the middle of the night because I got food poisoning. Would not go here again, I've been here before many years ago when the food had no problems and the seats inside were not all torn to shreds but now this location is one that I would avoid.

Hero on Steeles is great the burger is amazballs the staff is veryyyyyy pleasant! But why are the chairs laid up so early it's like url don't want people to come and dine in? It's not Inviting ... lay up the chairs right before

Great time at Heroes! It’s been a few months since I’ve been at this location but it was pretty neat.I got their Action Hero, 6 Ounces with a combo and it had very nice flavour! The portion size (in my opinion) was pretty good too! I was full coming out.Their Mushroom poutine is also really good, and I definitely would recommend it as a side!

The food was good. Typical fast food burger joint. I had nashville poutine (the chicken tender pieces in it are closer to popcorn chicken rather than chicken tenders...quite small and bite size), brother had the spicy burger (I think nashville) and said he enjoyed it.The service was great! The lady at the front counter was very friendly and sweet. Helped recommend what to get, and beared through our indecisiveness with a smile. That made the experience great and I would go back again
