Supposedly open 24 hours, they lock the doors and don't serve customers. To the manager of this location, your night staff is sleeping on the job and getting paid to do nothing. Check the phone log Oct 5 at 2:20AM, even tried calling to get their attention. There were 4 hungry customers who were not served because of your staff. Will never come back.
To the lazy employee hiding under the counter: I saw your hat you are not fooling anyone. If you don't want to work night shift there are plenty of people who would love to do it and have actual work ethics.

First time at this (and any) Hero Burger location. The service was friendly and the burger was delicious! The wait was a little long (9 minutes) but I suppose that’s the time it takes for a quality burger… And the washroom was dirty. Overall, good spot for lunch 👍

They have halal beef but when I asked they say they cook it on the same grill as the pork bacon. The same with the buns so I would advice Muslims to look elsewhere for a burger

Ordered on Uber Eats, they charged $1.75 x 4 burgers for a lettuce wrap ($7). Then recieved 2 lettuce leafs with a patty in between (for all 4 burgers). Lol I feel scammed 🤣 That's not a reason to charge $1.75 per wrap. I could have taken the bun version, and just tossed the bun with that amount of ridiculous lettuce.
Otherwise the burger was overall tasty

The burger I had was quite good, well cooked and dressed to order and done exactly for when I ordered pickup. The girl working was pleasant. The restaurant itself is why I couldn’t give it 5 stars. The counter where the drink machine didn’t look like it had been cleaned in weeks which was troublesome, just covered in dust and the music was blaring loud to the point I couldn’t even eat in the shop. Could have easily been 5 stars but the restaurant is dropping the ball in some areas of cleanliness and customer enjoyment.

I asked for a 8 oz burger signature with little bit of ketchup. Little bit of mayo and what I got instead was heavy ketchup and heavy Mayo. I went back to the counter and I told them and the counter lady apologized but the cook did not.
The gravy that I ordered was not thick gravy. It was more of aujus consistency sadly.
French fries is not like how it used to be a couple years earlier. Definitely changed. It was like regular french fries.
The music was very loud so I ended up eating in the car instead of eating at the restaurant.
Overall, I know I will not be coming back to this location again or trying another location anytime soon. Again. There was a reason why I had not gone to a hero burgers for several years.

I had a really bad experience at Hero Certified Burger. I ordered a burger without knowing it came with blue cheese — and it was honestly disgusting. I would never have ordered it if I knew.
The staff didn’t mention it at all when I ordered, and when I brought it up, they weren’t helpful. They didn’t explain anything or offer to change my order. I left hungry and frustrated. Definitely not coming back.

The Action Hero Burger and French Fries at Hero Certified Burger was a okay.
The Action Hero Burger was filling but something was missing. The French Fries were crispy and delicious.
