Atrocious experience at this place. The woman working barely spoke english and moved at a snail’s pace. I had to order from my phone and then my 2 breakfast sandwiches took over half an hour to be ready. How can you call yourself a fast food restaurant? I could’ve had a sit down meal at a restaurant in less time. Will not be returning.

The worst Hero location I’ve ever been to. The cashier, an Indian guy, messed up my order completely. I clearly asked for lettuce, tomato, onions, and ketchup on my burger, but all he got right was the ketchup. Everything else was missing. On top of that, he was rude and arrogant. To make things worse, the fountain drinks tasted stale and had no flavor at all.

Visited Hero Certified Burgers this past weekend on Sunday at the York Mills location, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience! Both the food and customer service were top-notch.
From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and attentive. They made sure everything was perfect with my order and went above and beyond to ensure I had a great dining experience.
The burgers were absolutely delicious—juicy, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The ingredients were fresh, and you could tell a lot of care goes into making each burger.
I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great meal and excellent service. I'll definitely be coming back!
