They should change the name of this place for villain certified, one of the worst burgers I ever had, I had to fill with maionese and ketchup and still didn’t taste it ok. It took about 15 minutes for the burger to be ready and it was burnt. I can’t really blame the worker he was the only one working, having to do the cashier and making the burgers. Disappointed with This Location
I’ve enjoyed Hero Burger at other locations before, but unfortunately, this particular spot really let me down. The burger I got was completely undercooked and honestly inedible. It was a big disappointment compared to my previous experiences with the brand. Just a heads-up if you’re visiting this location—hopefully they can improve on their quality control.

The gentleman who helped us on Friday evening around 6:30 (June 27) was excellent. He was calm and friendly while taking orders and preparing the food - despite being seemingly on his own and having several customers. He was kind and subtly helped me help someone in need pay for her food, service was quick and the experience was very positive, all thanks to this great employee.
