The gentleman who helped us on Friday evening around 6:30 (June 27) was excellent. He was calm and friendly while taking orders and preparing the food - despite being seemingly on his own and having several customers. He was kind and subtly helped me help someone in need pay for her food, service was quick and the experience was very positive, all thanks to this great employee.

Just ordered delivery through their app from the Yonge and St. Clair location. I ordered 3 hamburgers and 3 French fries. All I got was 3 hamburgers. I tried to call the location and they aren’t answering. I’m officially not ordering from Hero Burger again.
