Felt terribly bad for the 2 workers dealing with lunch rush.Placed an order at 12:15 on the app .They gave away my burger to someone else who was complaining they did not receive any sauce on burger (my request)Got my burger at 12:45Full half order because I used app.They were aware I was present as when I checked in they said it’s coming.Never again , don’t come here if you are on your lunch break.

Don’t bother coming here if you’re really hungry or in a hurry. The wait for a simple burger is absurd. Half the time there isn’t even anyone at the counter to take orders. I’ve personally watched people leave because they weren’t being served.Over priced and poorly operated, at least the location at Young and King St., Toronto

The cashier gentleman was really helpful, he was single handedly managing the front and back of the kitchen but that didn’t impede on his customer service skills. We asked for a vegetarian burger suggestion and he very gracefully suggested the right patty and the toppings that would compliment it.Based on his suggestion we ended up getting the Vegetarian Crispy Chick’n Burger with Onion Rings. It was delicious, would go there again.We didn’t catch his name, but thankyou for your gracious service
