Talking about fast food, particularly burger, Hero is 1 of my 2 favorites. My number one choice is always jalapeno crispy chicken, go with ice cream sundae, sweet potato fries, and pop. It takes a while to wait for your burger, so be patient 😉. Environment is usually clean enough, I like to wipe my table, and my wet wipe usually comes out pretty clean.
By far the best Hero burgers I ever had are served here. Always fresh and hot. Friendly and welcoming staff. The corporate office should take note of how well this place is run and copy it to malls and food courts everywhere. If there were every fast food burger chain beside each other, I'd choose Hero every time.
In the many times I've been to the hospital, I've almost always eaten at hero burger and I'm always very satisfied with my meal and service.
