This place has been around for years and more of a bar than restaurant. Popular King St location especially half price martini night. Food (3.75/5) - had light lunch there during week and tried the personal margherita. It was pretty decent... Napoli style... crust had good texture, Sauce works and bit different with bocconcini vs fior di latte. Service (4/5) - server was friendly and attentive. It's slower at night especially martini night. Atmosphere (3.75/5) - smaller and casual with tables along the walls. Overall (3.75/5) - it's a decent choice for a casual bite or drinks. Not really traditional authentic Italian but passable.

Good food, a lovely atmosphere, and a good waiter. The space is cramped, and the tables are small, but otherwise, a definite recommendation.

We ordered a bruschetta that had tomatoes the size of my thumbnail, all of which fell off the this bread slices, the moment I touched it. The bread was not fresh and lacked the charm of good Italian bread.I then ordered a chicken fettuccine, the chicken was dry and had not become part of the sauce , but seemed to have just been added on the top! Towards the end, there was atleast a cm of green oil left in the plate. The bruschetta took 35 mins to be ready. The restaurant had atleast 3 empty tables when we ordered.Very mediocre food for a place that charges 20+ for pasta !I am not a picky eater and usually dont critique food too much , but this place was very disappointing for the price (I've eaten way better pastas in much simpler places in Toronto)

I don’t know how this is called an “Italian restaurant” it’s a pub that has good drinks offer, but don’t go there for food. Probably one of the worst pizzas I’ve had, and the Cesar salad tasted like something from a supermarket. If you want to eat good food I’d recommend going anywhere else, this place is more of a “hard rock cafe” kinda diner where people go for drinks and the food isn’t really the highlight.

Not a place for drink. Tried their classic martini, mediocre. Also LA PINELA TROMBA (the bottom one in the cocktail menu), it came with complex taste or even a bit odd. Vibe is good though

We were looking for a pub to drink beer and have a quick snack. There were many places next to each other. Hey Lucy's location has a lot of similar pubs that look alike from the outside. If you don't have a particular choice and a decision about the place you will go, it doesn't make much difference to you, but you take the risk of having a bad time with bad taste. However, from the moment you step into Hey Lucy's, the smell of pizzas cooking in the stone oven that works from the inside already attracts you from yourself. We changed our beer decision to house wine. I highly recommend preferring house wine and pizza to share. One pizza with prosciutto and half a litre of red house wine was excellent. We like to sit at the bar because we feel more engaged in this way. Service is excellent and rapid, and the taste and price are good for dinner. It looks like an English pub with welcoming Italian, calm weather.

Loved this cute little place in the downtown. We recommend chicken and brie pizza and also the Alfredo pasta. Service was on time and very cooperative.

This place looks great. The food and service were meh! I would only go back for the half price martinis on Wednesday - lemon drop martini delish not too sweet but took forever to get a refill and the chicken Alfredo was blah.

Got a Sausage supreme pizza, toppings were great but the whole bottom is burnt and black, others at my table got the same pizza but they weren't like this. Pretty

Went here after a show with a colleague. We started with the bruschetta, which was nice and fresh. We both opted for the butternut squash ravioli. The portion didn’t appear big, but it was perfect and the spicy pecans were a nice add-on. We split a raspberry cheesecake for dessert…also, quite tasty. What threw us off was the service. It was efficient but almost robotic in nature. Server appeared like she was just going through the motions and didn’t say much, even when we said “thank you” or made a positive comment. There was no small talk and we both discussed it when we left. It made for a weird vibe. So, food was very good but service was “meh”. It felt like going to Grandma’s house for dinner but Grandma’s not really happy to see you and brings you food begrudgingly. May or may not return.

The atmosphere is incredibly cozy, making it perfect for outings. Also, the pizza here is hands down the best I've had in a while. This place is definitely underrated.
