I ordered the tsukemen, but it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The noodles were quite firm—more hard than chewy—and lacked the springy texture I was hoping for. The dipping broth also felt a bit too thin for tsukemen. I’ve had a better experience with tsukemen at Ramen Raijin, so this was a bit disappointing.

A really good ramen place. It can get pricey for ramen but servicebis great. As a note...the ube parfait dessert looked just like the picture they had on the table!! Very honest representation!!!

Service and atmosphere are great.
Would not recommend the Tsuke-Men.
The noodles are thick and hard to chew, and the soup base is quite salty with only a little meat.
