Amazing experience thanks to our server Stacey! My friends and I did the afternoon tea menu and loved it. Stacey was an excellent host who thoroughly went over the menu with us and provided some great tea recommendations. Food was great as well, but wasn't a fan of some of the desserts. Great environment as well; very fast and prompt service. Definitely coming back soon!

The food was honestly quite underwhelming, in flavour, but was very fairly priced. Everything was presented beautifully and the interior of the cafe was pretty. Would not go again for a full meal, but maybe for a coffee or cocktail in between shopping. Service was okay, nothing to rave about, yet staff were nice.

Chicken sandwich was poor. Smoke salmon was not as good as before.
Menu was very limited and not as good as before.

We just had an amazing lunch/brunch at Holts Café. Our server Stacey was so far above and beyond…incredibly attentive, beautiful positive demeanour, superb service all around. Seeing that we had our 18 month old granddaughter with us she asked if we wanted us to put her order in immediately. She gave us great suggestions when we asked for recommendations for our brunch and she took and brought us our orders expeditiously. The lunch menu is very diverse and all our selections were delicious, as always, including mains (bavette steak salads and classic brunch), a wonderful blackberry dessert and coffee. The children’s menu also includes all the options the little ones love. The ambiance of the restaurant is sophisticated but also cozy with very low noise levels. All the staff are great but we were very fortunate to have Stacey looking after us. I always love dining at the Holts Café on Bloor and look forward to returning soon.

High Tea was really good, great food and lovely server. Atmosphere is a little weird given it’s inside a department store, and on the pricier side.

What a beautiful cafe at the top of holts. Loved the vibe.Didn’t even know there was a bar there! My friend and I were served by Jess the drinks are so much better than at some of my regular cocktail bars. Best waitress and kept checking up so we never had to wait for anything. Will be back

I ordered the sticky toffee coffee, it came luke warm and very underwhelming. I then had a chicken sandwich with sweet potato fries, which by far is the worst chicken sandwich I ever had it was drenched in an awful sauce. With a $30 price point figured it would be worth it and didn’t mind paying for something delicious. Shopping at holts has always been a l great experience but eating at holts cafe I wouldnt exactly recommend.

Pretty good place to have drinks and quick lunch. The bartender Jenny suggested the holts burger cooked medium rare and it was one of the best I ever had! Her spicy margaritas were also awesome! Definitely coming back for one of those.

Deny was our server, and he was absolutely magnificent. He took the time to explain everything to us and was incredibly kind. We came for high tea, and the attention to detail in every item was truly impressive. We will definitely be coming back!

Just happened to stop by the Holts restaurant while the wife was shopping. The bartender Jessica was very welcoming, and surprisingly knowledgeable about whisky and cocktails. Might come by to try food next time.

It’s a snowy day for shopping. There are almost no people in the mall. When you are tired, you can go directly to Holts’ own coffee shop. They also provide light meals. Have a cup of coffee and a dessert. The creme brulee is a big portion, suitable for two people to eat together. There is also a chocolate ice cream ball on top. The coffee is quite good.

Went in for a couple of lattes and sat there for a long time before anyone showed up to take our orders. We ordered a london fog latte and a regular latte. They forgot about us. We also wanted food but the waitress never even brought us a menu. No one came by to check on us. The london fog latte was terrible and mostly milk. Awful service. No idea why they were ignoring us. We ended up not paying for the drinks. Will never return again.
