All the dishes are yummy as always!! Very traditional. And given the price is the same like years ago, this restaurant is amazing! Tomato and eggs broth is my favourite ❤️

We walked several blocks in search of this restaurant- the first place we discovered Lanzhou Beef Noodle soup in Toronto. It was well worth the walk on a hot day! We’ve all saved the address this time.

This place has some great deals like buy one, get one free on barbecues. We got the lamb skewers, which were very juicy and flavorful. We went during a quiet time, so service was quick.

We also ordered the chicken stir-fry. It comes with your choice of protein (I think they offer lamb, chicken, maybe shrimp). The noodles were made fresh right in front of us, which was fun to watch. The kitchen is open and looked very clean.

I’ve been here a couple of years ago, and the service and taste are still just as good. Definitely recommend trying the barbecue skewers!

Gosh, I love these noodles..handmade at the restaurant, the noodles are al dente with a great chew and mouth feel. Featured in the pics is their standard regular but since my first trip, I've become obsessed with their extra wide noodles. Different options for noodle width at no cost.

Located at the heart of Spadina Chinatown, near the intersection of Spadina and Dundas, this noodle place on the main floor is a gem. You can order off your phone using the QR code on the table or with the staff.

Note: we tried the beef noodle soup dishes which are delicious. It's hot, savory, and the pickled daikon takes it to the next level in flavor. I personally find it less salty than some of the other places I've been to. We ordered the non spicy version and you can omit any the toppings you're not into like the cilantro or onions or spice in my case.

The onion pancake is crispy and crunchy. We really liked it, savory, oniony, but some might find it a bit different than the usual version that is pan fried and flaky.

The staff are polite and professional and helped us to figure out how to order so feel free to ask for assistance if you need it.

A quick note - they do other dishes as well like rice and noodle dishes and bbq skewers but can't comment since I have yet to try them.

Lastly, if it helps, the bathroom is located downstairs and is clean. No issues using it.

So, if you're in the area, even on a hot day, go grab yourself a hot bowl of noodles! That's what AC is for! Lol

Toronto just got a self-serve ramen experience — and it's as fun as it is flavourful. Powered by @lazocanada’s high-tech ramen making machine (yes, it boils your water and cooks your food on-site!), The Self Ramen Bar lets you choose your favourite ramen from a touchscreen vending machine, customize it with toppings galore, and enjoy a quick, cozy, customizable meal.

The Buldak Carbonara Ramen was a creamy, fiery dream — cheesy, spicy, and slightly sweet with the mayo + corn combo. Add the melty American cheese on top, and it is instant comfort food with a twist.

Su Tah Ramen came in hot (literally) with a bold beef broth, classic toppings, and a satisfyingly slurpable finish. The fish cakes were a standout, and the bean sprouts added crunch in every bite.

The Tteokbokki hit that perfect chewy-spicy-savoury trifecta, and if you’re craving something rice-based, the Chicken Teriyaki CupBob is your go-to: juicy halal chicken, sweet-salty sauce, creamy mayo, and a warm rice base that made it feel like a hug in a bowl.

Just had lunch here (hand pulled noodles stir fried with lamb, and scallion pancake). It was fun to watch the guy hand pull dough for the noodles. Brownie points for taking credit cards- this is a rare thing with Toronto Chinese restaurants!

This is legit the best handpulled noodle spot in Chinatown, or the whole city tbh. You cannot go wrong with a big bowl of noodle soup for $13. Like the bowl is pretty big.. I cannot finish in one sitting. The broth is so yummy, so healing, so warm, so flavorful, the noodles are so fresh, such good ingredients. I've been dying to go back. Literally the most perfect bowl is soup you will ever have. I've only had the veggie soup, so I can only speak for that, but all my friends love the rest of the soups. Love love love it here.

We used to come here often — it was one of our favorite spots

Unfortunately, our last visit was really disappointing. The broth lacked depth and flavor, the noodles were uneven and oddly cut, the meat was cold, and the pickled vegetables were underprepared and tasted raw. They also used to serve tea, but now it’s just plain water. It’s really sad to see such a great place decline

I highly recommend checking this restaurant out as it is affordable and the price is great for the portions you receive.
Service was quick and efficient. To order, you scan a QR code to access the menu and place the order online, then pay at the counter once finished.
It did not take long whatsoever for the food to come out either.
Portion of the ramen is great! Flavour was absolutely delicious and the hand pulled ramen noodles were a great consistency.
I had also got the shrimp dumplings and they were just as delicious.

The restaurants restrooms aren’t very accessible, as they are located downstairs, so be aware if you have mobility concerns!

Do not skip on this restaurant! Probably the best lanzhou style / beef hand pulled noodles in the Chinatown area....and a bit cheaper too - double win! All of the different noodle soups are very good and slightly different in flavour, but all nice and hot and aromatic! Pancake with egg, eggplant vegetable dish, and lamb skewers are all very good.
