Authentic Hong Kong style bakery and dim sum restaurant.
The pan fried dumplings were quite good as well as the soup dumplings.

Spent $15.2 at this place today, the two taro pastries went straight to the garbage can. They went bad and sour already. Can’t believe this place sells such bad quality! Won’t go back.

The price is very cheap. I have tried rice rolls, pineapple buns, and Yuanyang milk tea, and they are all good. But don’t expect too much about the environment in the store. The floor is sticky every time you enter.
Someone once spilled his coffee, and it took a long time before someone came to clean it up. They just left it and left.

Have to say I fall in love with their Mochi Croissant and Chocolate Croissant.
Went there for brunch, tried preserved egg & pork congee which tasted good. They also have great milk tea! There are so many choices, displayed well with reasonable prices, bought a bunch of them home. This place is a must visit, and I will definitely come back again!

Reason I give all 1 star, (since there is no 0 -Zero star) is this:
I brought 4 egg tarts, $1.6 each.
Tax almost $3.
Please judge yourself, people.
A $10 taxed item is $1.13.
The young lady service gave attitude when I tried to ask and get back my money.
People was being pushed to pay and rushed away.
I m sure there are many people were ripped.
Please check your receives at the check out or after.

This is my last visit here.
Good luck to your busines.

It is cash only and we only discovered this after waiting on the line for a long time. We looked everywhere and couldn't find anything saying they only accept cash. Here on maps it even says they accept debit.

I really wish I had better things to say about this place. I visited last year and enjoyed everything I had, but it seems to have really gone downhill since then. Neither of my friends enjoyed their food from here and the cleanliness and hygiene of the space and employees was honestly a bit gross - nothing like it was last year. The coconut bun was good but the egg tarts, cheesecake, etc were very stale/musty tasting and dry. Shouldn't be charging as much as they do for goods like these. It's a shame I hope they're able to turn back around.

What a lovely bakery! All around fantastic, the baked goods, service, cleanliness and presentation. I liked it before the new location, but after their move they now have more varierty of goods.

I've only had the baked goods, but I love this place :). Service is pretty blunt but efficient. You place things on a tray with tongs and then pay in cash.
Prices are good the friends I've brought have enjoyed trying the different buns as well!
