Service was inadequate at best. Mozzarella on my pizza had the consistency of phlegm. I’m pretty sure I’m in for a couple days of loose poops after dining at this establishment.

BEWARE OF SCAMMING. Ordered off the “specials” menu and got our bills - turns out there are no specials on event days… server said it’s in small fine print on the menu then later checked the “specials” menu online and no fine print or anything to be found. Restaurant was empty and still service was still extremely slow with 4 servers chatting and rolling cutlery together.

Ordered 2lb of wings under the impression that it was 1/2 price on Thursdays according to the specials section on the menu. When I got the bill, I saw it was $40 for the wings… I asked and the server said there’s no specials ever on event days. Bro, we’re in Toronto. There’s events everyday. So beware that the specials menu is quite literally irrelevant. Only other deal we received was $4.75 for happy hour beer that was only advertised in the men’s bathroom and the server wasn’t very enthusiastic with our questions about it. This place is a joke tbh. Service was slow and server forgot multiple aspects of our orders. Only come if you have unlimited amount of time and unlimited amount of money. Wish I could give 0 stars but unfortunately 1 is the minimum.

Had an amazing time at Hoops Sports Bar! The atmosphere was lively, the food came out hot and fresh, and the drinks were on point. Huge shoutout to Sakshi—she was super attentive, friendly, and made sure our table was taken care of the entire night. She really added to the great experience. Will definitely be coming back soon!

This was our third visit, and unfortunately, the service has been consistently poor. On our previous visits, we felt the servers were rude and even sensed racial bias in how we were treated.
This time, we asked a server if we could order, and she said, “Let me send your server.” She walked past us multiple times but never followed up. Meanwhile, our actual server also crossed our table a few times but never approached us.
Eventually, another server (not the one we initially asked) asked our original server if she had helped us, and it was clear she hadn’t even been told we were waiting. That’s when she came over and asked what we needed. I said, “It feels like we’ve been waiting forever,” and she responded sarcastically, “I don’t think so.”
The lack of communication, slow service, and dismissive attitude left us with the same uncomfortable feeling as our previous visits, like we were being ignored or treated differently.

I went on a Thursday. We were there celebrating the death of my crab. It was Thursday and a raptors game just let out. Here’s what I think about this place.
Don’t . Just don’t. They pull their half price wings on raptor nights. This location pulls their special off the menu on a busy night. They pulled their half price wings off on a busy night. What kind of business does that? A bad one. This is extremely deplorable behaviour.
TVs on the floor and not a single tv had Seinfeld on. I love wings and this place broke my heart.

Nice sports bar close to a lot of accessible areas in Toronto. Walking distance to both the Rogers centre and Scotia bank arena. The staff was very fast and courteous. Food was some of the best I've had at a sports bar level. Would totally have it again.
