First time going here on a Sunday night. Wasnt busy, wasnt packed but had no options near the arena in Toronto but figured we'd just give it a try because we were starving. Wish we checked the star rating before dining in. The service wasnt good at all. Chicken was burnt and dry. The cusion on the chairs was severely bad where it would make you feel that you can fall right through the chair. Wasnt good. Won't be coming back here

The food was alright, service was meh but it was the world series game so understandable. The atmosphere for the game was insane though. Place was packed!

Wanted to make a reservation for jays game. Was told I have to spent 100 bucks or more, and still line up at the door. Gotta love the greed eh? Pathetic. You're a sports bar. People come to watch games. But ya, gotta cash in eh?

Honestly? Wildly disappointed. They don’t take reservations for Jays games, make you line up forever, and then drop a $100-per-person minimum like it’s some kind of privilege to get in. Imagine turning loyalty and team spirit into a cash grab, that’s exactly what this is. Toronto deserves better than places that exploit fans just because they can. Never again.

I and three others were in Toronto for a visit. Decided to try Hoops for lunch. Food was okay but definitely not worth a second visit.
Prices initially seemed reasonable but every substitution came with an additional charge. Soft drink refills were also charged.
The diet soft drinks were way too sweet as if the syrup to water ratio was off. The server got the orders wrong despite us being charged for food substitutions. The lighting for our table was constantly flickering - this was noted to server who said she'd have someone turn them off but nothing was done.
If you're in the area, I'd recommend looking around for a different place to eat. In hindsight, we should have looked a bit more but unfortunately, we rushed to find a good place to eat.

Don't get that mexican steak wrap. Service was great. Can't fault the wait staff for anything. Whoever is ordering their food and running the kitchen needs to look for a new line of work. Strongly reget eating my food and not sending it back.

Amol and AJ were amazing!!
Went to watch the Blue Jays playoff game but they were playing the Seattle game. Asked to change it to the Jays game and it took very long for them to do so. The waitress took our orders (table of 8) but never wrote anything down. At end of the night, she asked most of the table what they ordered because she had forgotten. This resulted in an over charge on my bill and she insisted that I ordered what I in fact did not order. That was eventually resolved but unnecessary.
The Madagascar peppercorn wings - over fried and not good.
The BBQ wings were very good.
