The Hot Dogs are great, the service is excellent and the location being a caboose on the tracks is excellent!! I highly recommend this location!

The Hot Dog Caboose is amazing. They have a variety of dogs that are delicious and flavorful and the owner Carol is a real sweetheart! I was lucky enough to talk with Carol and found out she also has a 7line dog that will blow your mind. If you're in the area and want a great dog, I would 1000% recommend stopping here for lunch.

18 years running this spot is a must. Solid lunch spot hidden away. Locals only!!! Just kidding everyone's welcome!!!

best italian sausage in toronto currently. (Those at city hall are completely garbage compared to this.)

Sabretts on a pretzel bun...what could be better. Located by a cute little sitting park and in an actual caboose. Go! I have had basics on my dogs, but they have great inventive toppings. Fried yummies and Yoo-hoo

Yonge-Eglinton institution and possibly better than Hot Dog Stand (East).Vegetarian options: Veggie dog on menuParking: Depending on time and day, parking can be free. Willingness to park in residential areas will allow for greater flexibility.Wheelchair accessibility: On the street.

One of my friends who live locally brought me here since I LOVE hot dogs. Hot dog was pretty mid, but I guess they are more known for putting a bunch of toppings on the dogs, and I just got a plain one. It's a cute concept of a hot dog train. Lots of picnic tables. All in all, it's a cute place and a nice spot for a quick bite.

Great spot for dogs! Lots of topping options! I went went with two basic dogs, one with hot onions, kraut and mustard, the other with mustard, baked beans and coleslaw. The guy at the counter was friendly, patient (as it was my first visit) and funny. Top quality, fresh ingredients make all the difference and this places aces it. As far as ambiance, it's a trailer made to look like a caboose adjacent to a train station. Pretty much what I expected. There are some picnic tables available.

Great jumbo hot dogs. My favourite combination is relish, onions and pickles with some mustard and ketchup. One of my go to places for lunch before heading down to UofT

I forgot to post this from some time ago. Standard natural casing Sabretts. Mild meat chili. Ok. New Jersey never fails!

I'm from Chicago so hotdogs are a staple! Saw this cute little place and was so excited to give it a try. However-so disappointed with the product. Stepson and I waited in line and ordered regular hotdogs-no Miss, no fuss! So shocked that with the limited menu they don't even steam the hotdog buns! What?? The young man working there popped the hotdogs in the microwave, put them on a cold bun and handed it over. It was awful! Why have a specialty restaurant that does such an un-special job preparing one of the easiest menu items to make phenomenal? Bummed.
