Love the space- half of it turns into a dining space after 5pm or 6pm. But the rest is still very spacious with plugs everywhere and ample seating. One of my favourite places for remote work

Still 5 stars, but the server was very short bordering on rude. She was acting like my presence was an inconvenience. Would still go back though!

My complaint from July 22 has been left on read an not dealt with. Be careful of using the accessible restrooms here regardless if it's locks there will be an employee barging in multiple times yelling and harassing women unfortunate as it happened to my mother and left her feeling anxious and traumatized. I've spoken to the GM about this issue prior to emailing and yet left unresolved. Unfortunate as the space is nice, however bad service and dismissive approaches are not nice at all. Nothing Humble at all. Would dine elsewhere.

Stayed at Union Hotel (loved it) and breakfast here was included. Came on July 31st. The server working was grumpy and abrasive. No eye contact. No warm greeting, no good morning, she didn't let us sit down before placing our order. Had she not printed our bill so quickly we would have ordered a nanaimo bar on display near the cash - their loss i guess.
Cappuccino was delicious. Food was basic. Lovely ambiance. Was never asked how it was, if we wanted water, another coffee.
It was an off-putting start to our day, which was coincidentally our 15 year wedding anniversary. Will not return or recommend.

My new favourite cafe/lounge in the city! I come here for coffee / lunch almost once a week and the food and service is always fantastic. There's so many spaces to get some work done or enjoy some drinks with colleagues after work since it's so close to Union Station. Love it here!
I came here twice and the drinks are kinda cheap, not too expensive, and they are good tho, but the service was bad, the servers ignored me two times I went there, I still came back bc of the armosphere, they have sofa and it’s quite to study or work 🩵

I used to love this place and found it on TikTok but they changed after they got more famous and started to get greedy. I used to get coffee and study in the ‘on air’ booths advertised on TikTok, but they now changed it and only allow you 1/2 an hour inside the booths with the purchase of a PREMIUM drink. What is this???? Anyways, I dont like how they are taking advantage of people after they became famous on TikTok now. DONT GO HERE, THEY RIP YOU OFF!
