This place is our usual place to eat after work with my collegues. I don't know why you guys serve old food specifically the chicken. We ordered pho, crispy noodles and the chicken with fried rice. I already noticed the chicken that taste weird and who knows it's not good anymore. It's 4 of us yesterday that went in this restaurant and all of us got sick with severe diarrhea, last night and up to this morning!!!! I hope other customers won't experience this. We will never come to this place again.

Literally this place was amazing. The food was heavenly, the staff were quick and good, and we even got tea. The portion sizes were large, and very filling! I will be coming back here again. 10/10

I ordered here several times for pickup. I usually get the well done beef pho. It is really good. I like the soup spicy so they make it with more spice. I really enjoy the food. I have also had the beef fried rice and highly recommend it. The food is delicious

We’ve been regulars at this pho restaurant for quite some time, but recently, we've noticed some concerning changes. The lingering smell from the washroom, which used to be a minor issue, has now permeated the entire restaurant, creating an unpleasant atmosphere the moment you walk in. Unfortunately, the flavor of the soup has also shifted, and not in a positive way. While one of the employees was attentive and polite, their attire was unkempt, with a dirty and ripped shirt, which felt unprofessional. On a positive note, their spring rolls remain outstanding—my family's favorite—and the rest of the food is still quite good. However, given these recent issues, we’ll be exploring other pho options. We hope the restaurant undergoes some renovations and improves its staff, as it has great potential to continue thriving.

I am disheartened to leave this one-star review, as the food was beyond expectations. I was hesitant to give this place a try because of the conflicting reviews regarding the restaurant’s cleanliness and services. Personally, I don’t expect friendly and attentive services at a pho place, and I would expect the bare minimum in regards to hygiene. Since I was starving today and my favourite pho place was 20 mins drive from our place, I decided to give it a shot as we were nearby. My husband and I ordered regular pho (house special & beef flank), and the bean sprouts and everything were very fresh. The food was really good, and we really enjoyed our meal, until…
We saw the server guy picking nose sitting next to us, with his fingers that touched our soup bowls when he was serving. Unfortunately he did that multiple times, too, that when my husband pointed that out I could also spot him picking his nose a few more times later. He even wiped his nose with his T-shirt, never minding the customers right in front of him. I don’t know about the kitchen situation but I cannot imagine what would happen behind the doors.
Didn’t want to judge but the server guy was in a super old-looking, seemingly unwashed, wrinkly T-shirt from the first place. When he got us the menu and tea, he was a bit rude and off but we didn’t mind. Despite all these, I would have left at least a 4-star review for this family-owned small business standing for a long time in the neighbourhood. Seriously, please read this review and do better with your hygiene. You lost your loyal customer who lives literally steps away from your shop. I don’t even expect good services here, I just want the bare minimum.

I had a terrible experience due to the awful service. The server completely ignored me when I spoke and acted like my presence was a bother. No greeting, no acknowledgment—just a bad attitude the entire time. I understand that everyone has bad days, but basic courtesy should be a given in any restaurant.
The food might have been decent, but it was hard to enjoy with such unwelcoming service. Definitely not worth returning if this is how they treat their customers.
