Coffee was decent - service was slightly bewildering. There was a sort of delay or confusion with our order so my partner and I went up to check on it. The one barista was dismissive and somewhat condescending to what I considered an innocuous question. The other preparing our drinks was pleasant enough & even apologised for the delay, but unfortunately by that time our first interaction had already soured the visit.
I had such a lovely experience thanks to Rainbow! Exceptional customer service, honestly left me smiling all evening. If there are bonuses or acknowledgements for good work, that’s where I’d highly recommend it go…
