Whenever I'm here, I usually order their ICED STRAWBERRY MATCHA LATTE. It's quite sweet, so I'd recommend getting the sweetness at 50% if you don't want it overly sweet.
The seating area in the back is aesthetically pleasing and the lighting gives off cozy vibes.

I loved the matcha strawberry! One of the better ones in the city for sure, i can taste both the matcha and strawberry, next time would get a bit less sweet, but it was the perfect mix of both!

Amazing strawberry matcha! I got 75% sugar and regular milk. I would recommend trying 50% if you don’t like it too sweet!

Came here on thurs Eve I ordered a hot bubble tea it came luke warm, tasted bad I had to dump it out. 8.45 whereas lots of places you can get a bubble tea much cheaper.

Great place. Customer service has suffered quite a bit since I originally found this place some years ago. It’s hit or miss at this point. I ordered an iced tea. Instead of making the order, the person went on to take multiple orders(4 to be exact) and fill the orders. I waited so long that I had to re-up on parking. I considered asking for a refund but assumed that would take even more time. So, I asked when I might get my order, and the person said, “Oh.” When I finally got the tea, it was bitter and unpleasant. This could likely be due to them being understaffed or just forgetful. Either way, not cool

The matcha is really good. I'm a regular customer. However, they’re often short staffed. I had to wait 40 minutes for a single drink several times I've visited.

Worker working today at 1Pm was incredibly rude, Didn’t even say sorry for the wait or nothing. She was very passive aggressive and rude stares she had a mask on asian and glasses please teach her proper service skills because we’re not coming back again! Plus she made my matcha purposely bad compared to my sisters which was very more visibly greener/tastier ( we ordered the same exact drink) Mines was grey and a hint of green ice came into this store multiple times always nice costumer service especially with the tibetan lady but wow this girl was very rude and unapproachable

Definitely more relaxed and chill compared to the Spadina location. The tea bar is a great area to sit and chat while being served tea. I never felt rushed to leave and the service was very friendly. I would go back for more! :)

Very delicious matcha. The mango matcha latte or strawberry matcha latte were exceptional. The refresher drink was also great. Service takes a while as it’s all made to order by hand.
Visited on a Sunday evening. Matcha was NOT whisked properly ! The matcha clumps could be seen in both of our matcha teas! Which is literally unacceptable. Also girls didn’t make us feel welcomed! Also whenever we ask for less ice, this location ALWAYS make it difficult, but the Queen street Icha Tea does it happily without ANY questions!
Gave them a benefit of doubt & visited 2nd time! 3 matchas were ordered, & the green-ness of all 3 drinks were different??♀️, no accuracy in making drinks!
We have never had any issues again at Queen street & we are regulars! We were just hanging out at Ossington & hence visited here!
Please go to the Spadina Ave Icha Tea, you will be greeted much better & the The matcha will be “Perfect”
The Manager/ owner should really look into this as this place has been giving negative vibes despite of wonderfully cute aesthetic.

if you want a proper matcha, icha tea has the best matcha ive had in toronto ! they use ceremonial grade matcha and you can really taste the quality difference between the matcha here compared to other places i've been to that were recommend online. the matcha latte had a rich, earthy flavour, and there's even a cute seating area in the back that's perfect for studying or just chilling for awhile

Best strawberry matcha. Only complaint is it takes a while but worth it. Kinda wish they had a coconut water option instead of having mostly milk.
