Hours say it's open until 8:30pm on Wed, but lights are already off at 7:00pm. No birthday cone for me this year.

Came on a Wednesday at 4:30pm, online it says you’re open till 8pm but when I arrived the door was locked and the lights are off? There is no sign or online explanation to why you’re closed. Really disappointed as I came for a treat for my birthday :(

iHalo Krunch was pretty good. The ice cream was creamy and the charcoal cone was a cool twist. The flavors were nice and the place had a fun vibe. Overall a solid spot for a sweet treat.
Lovely customer service by Isabella :) As it was my first visit, she made sure to educate me about the different flavours. I personally loved the strawberry milk & I can’t wait to come back 🥰❤️

Absolutely loved the charcoal coconut ice cream at iHalo Krunch! The taste was rich and subtly sweet with a refreshing coconut flavor, and the activated charcoal added a unique twist without overpowering it. A perfect balance of flavor and fun—definitely worth going back for!
