The ice creams are pretty good, cones weren't available and neither the milkshakes when we had been there. Easier to find a parking spot vs the queen street branch and a tidy patio.

Our friends and us tried twice now to bring our kids to the Bloor location, both times well within the hours they indicate for this location being open, but they were closed on both occasions. Their voicemail hasn’t been initialized, so we can never know for sure when to try again.
After disappointing our kids twice, we’ve decided to give up. Very frustrating and disappointing. We’ll go to a place that actually stays open during their stated hours or at least respects their customers enough to adjust their stated hours accordingly.

Really great portion size, but absolutely zero flavour.
We came in at 9:15 on sunday and were told the place is closed even though the timing online notes 10:15. As we were leaving other people also came in probably also because it says the place closes at 10:15. So either the only worker there decided she wanted to go home early or you have the wrong information online.

I’m here now at 12:40 PM on a Wednesday and even though it says it’s open on Google map it’s CLOSED! I’m on a wheelchair and took a lot to get here so its even more disappointing and their phone number also doesn’t work

I am an icecream fan. I know my icecream and icecream shops. This little shop gave me the best icecream experience. I had the charcoal cone, with Ube Nut flavoured icecream. It was amazing even a little marshmallow in the bottom of the cone to stop it from dripping. I was greeted with a warm smile and a quick education as to what I should order. I think her name tag said Ryleigh. I’m not sure how to spell it. But she was very kind and helpful. I can’t wait to come back during cherry blossom season to try the cherry blossom flavoured icecream. Thank you see you next time
