The serving sizes are huge which I love!! But warning that the pandas flavour is a little grainy. I don’t mind it but my friend didn’t like it. My other friend got some sort of strawberry bbt milkshake type thing and it was verrrryyy sweet. Overall decent but not a must have.

The best ice cream
iHalo Krunch has been on my must-try list for a while, and I finally got to see what the hype is all about. What stood out right away is how different it is from your typical ice cream shop. They’re known for their charcoal cones and creative flavour combinations that make each scoop feel unique. Plus, the interior is super cute and aesthetically pleasing—perfect for photos and a sweet treat.
We ordered their Ubenut and Strawberry Nut. I was a little disappointed to find out the matcha flavour was sold out, but we decided to try the Ubenut and Strawberry Nut instead. Both cones were so refreshing, with the perfect balance of ube charcoal and sweetness. They weren’t overly sweet at all, which I loved. I’ll definitely be coming back to try the rest of their flavours.
An absolute gem of a place! Friendly staff, and the ice cream is so different, unique and appetizing to the palate…..I cannot get enough of the Charcoal Cones, I bought extra just to take home and munch on.
This is a regular ice cream spot for me and my boyfriend. We probably hit this place every other weekend I guess lol!
I do think that the flavours sold here are not for everyone coz they are more catered towards Asian taste. All of their flavours are balanced and not overly sweet and I think that makes a huge difference to me. I can’t eat ice creams that are too sweet.
I also love their charcoal cone, I think it has a very distinct taste and you can actually taste the cone instead of it feeling like a wafer.
My favourite is their ube and vanilla bean flavours together. Such a good one!
Oh and the interior is cute too so an added plus for that!
The ice cream is good but we traveled for 30 minutes and they were closed early.
Yummy ice cream! Thanks Glenda for the great service 👍
One of my fav soft serve spots in the city. The flavours are super unique and the charcoal cone is a must try!!
Tasted like coconut and taro. Nice place to try an ice cream.
Restaurantji Recommends
Thanks to Ihalo and Glenda
Awesome ice cream on a thanksgiving weekend
Glenda was the sweetest! Super friendly and welcoming:) the strawberry nut was delish!!
Glenda at Ihalo Krunch was so friendly and helpful! She made picking a flavor super easy, and the ice cream was delicious. Highly recommend!
love this place great service
Do not recommend. The employee working wasn’t the friendliest and the ice cream was horrible. I had the ube nut and it tasted like vanilla ice cream with very little flavour
