Do not recommend. The employee working wasn’t the friendliest and the ice cream was horrible. I had the ube nut and it tasted like vanilla ice cream with very little flavour

AVOID IT AT ALL COSTS! Full of chemicals and artificial flavors I called them and they promised to get me a soft serve one day after my birthday but THEY DID NOT! They have their reasons. Waste of money and tasting it

One of the best ice creams I’ve had! We tried Black on Black, Ube Nut, Bean There Done That, and Strawberry Nut – every single flavor was delicious. Highly recommend visiting and trying them all!

I go here pretty often. I love the ube nut and the hospitality and how they always accommodate for what I want. Sometimes the flavors are a hit or miss tbh but it is what it is. The consistency isn’t there. But there has been times when I went because the google hours say it’s open till 10pm but it’s been closed. And I show up well before 10pm as well. I’d understand if I came at 9:55pm or something. But coming at 9 and finding it closed is annoying. I live pretty far away. Driving downtown isn’t always the easiest or funnest it’s very disappointing that their online hours don’t match their actual store hours. It’s a waste of time making a trip only to find out it’s closed.

We arrived at 10:35 pm at the Queen street location on a Friday night hours say 11 pm but both employees were inside cleaning and said they are closed .Never visiting again.
