This was our first time trying out the chicken side of Ikkousha Ramen. We normally go for the pork, but we went to the wrong store but sat down so stayed. It was a good choice for the evening as the chicken broth is lighter than the pork tonkotsu. Service was fast and attentive - the waitresses were patient with our needs. The fried chicken karaage was great tasting and everything we had filled us up on a cold Toronto night.
I’ve been to over 20 different ramen spots and tried many styles, but what Ikkousha offers is on a whole different level. Everything here from preparation to seasoning to presentation is done perfectly. Every single bowl looks like a piece of art, and the flavors back it up.

My favourite ramen spot to hit up whenever I'm downtown. Each dish is filled with flavour and umami, you can't go wrong with any one of them. I definitely recommend the gyozas and karage to go with your ramen.
