Ive been to many ramen places across Toronto, Montreal, and a NYC around this price point. I’ve yet to find a place that exceeds Ikkousha Ramen’s set standard.

Amazing atmosphere, service, and food. Can’t wait until my next visit.

Very good ramen. I have been trying out many of the options in Toronto and this is one of the best. The unique part about this location as there are two Ikkoushas nearly next to each other. One focused on pork broth and the other on chicken so look closely on the signs outside of each location and pick your preference.

I love tonkotsu broth (pork) in general and this did not disappoint

Great everything. Once you enter you feel as the loud streets of Toronto disappear and you are teleported to the quiet streets of Japan. There's soft Japanese music playing in the background. The staff is super friendly. The menu is small 1 small sheet but you really don't need anymore. This was my second or third time trying ramen and I got the basic one with steamed rice and fried chicken. It was perfect. Came within 10 minutes of cooking and when I asked for a fork they polite gave me it. Very nice staff , very tasty food and great atmosphere. If I could give this a 11/10 or even 15/10 it would not give the place justice for how good they are.

Having lived in Fukuoka, where I ate tonkotsu ramen on a regular basis, (also many times at Ikkousha in Fukuoka), I can definitely say the taste is very authentic. It’s amazing. We can get this in Toronto. One thing I must say is that even though we chose the noodle texture “kata” and “barikata”, it was not as firm as it would be in Fukuoka.
Next time I want to try the Tori Paitan ramen next door.

Had the spicy ramen. Love the additional toppings. The food is solid but I think the atmosphere and service were my fave part of dining here though. Great staff.

Not the best ramen but definitely consistent across their flavours and locations. Good for a quick warm meal in the winter. Depending whether you like it or not: the ramen has a heavy distinct pork taste- noticeable in many Ontario pork dishes I've had, whether home cooked or in restaurants. The side pickled veggies that you can add us tasty. My picky friend really loved it.

I've been to the chicken restaurant as well which matches my taste a bit more.

The ramen was very good. I wasn't crazy about the broth but lived the noodles and the veggies.

Great ramen very rich broth, noodles were very well cooked. Ramen can compare to those I had in Japan the broth is rich and creamy, ramen can be customized so can fit everyone’s taste. Gyoza was small but really good as it melts in your mouth with the juice.
