Ikkousha Ramen is my favorite ramen spot in the city, and stopping by after a long workday is always a treat. There’s usually a line outside, but the wait is rarely more than 15 minutes.

I ordered the God Fire Spicy Ramen ($17) with premium toppings (flavored egg, chashu, seaweed) for an additional $6. The soft-boiled egg was packed with flavor, and the chashu was tender. While the broth in the spicy ramen was a bit too strong for my taste, I’ll probably go back to the non-spicy version next time—it’s usually my go-to. Regardless, the ramen was delicious: the noodles had the perfect texture, and the flavors felt authentically Japanese. Highly recommend!

An amazing little restaurant. The staff all welcome you and are very helpful with seating and ramen options. The food comes out fast, hot and most importantly delicious.

Went to this place for lunch as it was very popular so we decided to try it out. We tried the god fire ramen and the black tonkotsu. The god fire ramen had an artificial spice flavour to it and the black tonkotsu wasn’t as special as we thought it would be. the service here was good and the food was served timely.

Omg!! This place has the best ramen. Get the Gyokai tonkotsu!! Smallish place so you may need to wait outside if they are busy but worth it.

Ikkousha Ramen on Queen St. West is hands down one of my favorite ramen spots! The rich, flavorful broths and perfectly cooked noodles always hit the spot. Whether you go for their classic tonkotsu or one of their other signature bowls, every dish is packed with depth and authenticity. The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff are always friendly and efficient. I’ve been here multiple times, and each visit has been a great experience. If you're a ramen lover, Ikkousha is definitely a must-try!

This place is awesome! Good food, good service, my experience was excellent. I really recommend the place. I'm a vegetarian so I only ordered the veggie ramen and I really loved it. It's a huge bowl so you will definitely leave satisfied.

Gyoza is a must and the ramen is fabulous! My only regret is not getting extra noodles and an egg. Price is very reasonable for a bowl.

We’ve been to both restaurants and I can’t choose which is better. They are both so good. I highly recommend extra noodles and they also offer extra soup if you ask. Not on the menu. The chicken karaage is very good with flavor and crispiness. We’ve always had a good meal here.

I had stomach pain and diarrhea about 1hr after eating a bowl of ramen where it continued for a couple of hours after the fact. I believe it is due to the minced garlic condiment, because I have had Japanese ramen before in the past in which this never occurred at Kamen Ramen, Ramen Isshin, Ryus Noodle bar and Kinton Ramen. This is the only Ramen restaurant that serves minced garlic condiment on the side for customers, which I believed should be changed often or kept in a dish that has ice (double chamber) to keep it from going bad. There were two other different reviews that have stated the same thing about stomach issues after eating at your restaurant.

Honestly, the best ramen I've ever had!

I've been to the Ikkousha restaurant in São Paulo - Brazil and found the one in Toronto by accident while walking around the city. The ramen is just the same in both places and I can guarantee it's delicious.
