I’ve been coming to this Impact Kitchen for years and normally am very happy with both the food and service. However after I ate there today - Aug 19 2025 - I developed quite intense food poisoning within a few hours of leaving the restaurant. I ordered a make your own bowl with broccoli, lentils, olives and braised beef with a balsamic dressing. My friend ate a warrior bowl with salmon. Her symptoms weren’t as bad as mine but she is also feeling unwell. I’ve been very sick for hours and am very disappointed and nervous to eat at this location again.

I don't understand how this place is still in business. The food is always very small portions with a very high price. Today I ordered a chicken soup that arrived room temperature. The delivery didn't take long, so I genuinely wonder whether the restaurant maintains safe temperatures for food prep & storage. I did not feel safe eating it and can't believe I wasted over $40 on a cookie, slice of cake and a tiny cup of soup. I always regret eating here.

We had our first experience with Impact Kitchen Summerhill yesterday and were totally impressed and positively ‘impacted! ‘ It has such a great selection of clean, delicious foods, both vegan and meat centred, and a very clean, modern dining room. The servers were very pleasant and helpful and the outdoor patio was amazing- a quiet enclave with trees and other botanicals. Totally worth a visit and repeat experiences!

This is a great location. The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is always good. Nice atmosphere with plenty of seating.

I was extremely impressed with the food and the exceptional service provided. We sampled the Chocolate cookie, coffee, chicken noodle soup, and pesto chicken wrap. Each dish was outstanding, and the pesto served with the wrap was particularly excellent. There was a minor issue with our order, but it was promptly attended to by the server and cooks, which added to our overall positive experience. Overall, it was a great dining experience, and I would try other items on the menu too.
