The server who assisted me was very kind and thoughtful. The issue was with the chicken I ordered in my bowl, which I saw that still had some pink parts. When I mentioned to the server, she took it to the kitchen and then returned saying that the chef insisted it had already been cooked to XX degrees and therefore would not do anything further. While citing a temperature may be technically correct, it did nothing to resolve my concern as a customer. I felt this response was dismissive and not an appropriate way to address a food safety issue.

One of my favorite places to work from and grab a bite! The Unwind drink is incredible — like a hug for your soul. Their baked goods are amazing, especially the MCT bar and chocolate sea salt cookies. I’m also a big fan of their bowls. They’re fresh, flavorful, and filling. Highly recommend!

My mom and I were in Toronto for a couple weeks, and I was working remotely while there. With all the cafe options, we were so impressed with Impact that we went twice. The food was healthy, absolutely DELICIOUS, and the service was top tier. They had a spot to fill water bottles, brought glasses of water to our tables, and had loads of seating. This was such a nice and needed break from baked goods at coffee shops and heavy pub food everywhere else. Thank you for ensuring I got my nutrients, Impact!!

Ordered a ($65!!!!) delivery order for my sick brother via the app. No tracking, no order updates or anything, and it's been almost two hours since I placed the order. there's not even a phone number where I can call to check on the status of my order. my poor sick brother had to COME TO YOUR ESTABLISHMENT to check on his order
you have lost a loyal customer (my brother too). I am convinced this might be a money laundering establishment or a bunch of scammers. BEWARE
EDIT: Turns out it had just been SITTING AT THE STORE FOR AN HOUR. literally what? why did I pay $5 FOR DELIVERY (he lives 3 mins away???)???? WILL BE EXPECTING A FULL REFUND AND AN APOLOGY IMMEDIATELY.

Great place for gluten & dairy free food!!
15 bucks for feta and tomato toast...so muchhhh feta wow...thank you
So went back for a smoothie...the best one they had has been removed from the menu now and the person who created the Glow one must be a Pescatarian...fish flavor...one sip...right in the garbage.
Ordered on uber eats. Probably the worst salad I've ever tried. Had to dump it in the trash.
Ample healthy options. The smoothies are great. Had a jerk chicken wrap and it was very good.

Shout out to this incredible business model. It's cheery with great food and drinks and people. Amazing job and affordable subscriptions!
Great place to grab your high protein macros post workout 🏋🏻♀️
WATCH OUT: Insect Eggs in My Salad!
Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable. I found a cluster of insect eggs in my Caesar salad from Impact — yes, actual insect eggs on the lettuce. For a place that claims to be a “healthy” restaurant, this is beyond unhygienic.
I immediately brought it back and showed the manager, who admitted fault and there wasn’t much he could do other than contacting the supplier because “the owner is in New York opening another restaurant.” Seriously?
I was only given a partial refund because he said “tips can’t be refunded.” As if that even matters when you serve contaminated food.
I left feeling sick and nauseous — and furious. This is a clear food safety issue that should not be ignored. Where is the Canadian Food Inspection Agency in all this?
Avoid this place. I’ll be reporting it to CFIA and strongly suggest others do the same if they care about what’s going into their food
Shockingly bad experience. The prices and wait times are absurd - a smoothie the size of a small jar cost ~$15, and took 20+ minutes to come out. Wouldn’t recommend this establishment to anyone.
Impact is always fantastic. I love everything. Special mentions to the chicken tenders, burger feature, carrot cake, smoothies, sea salt chocolate chip cookie, superfood waffle, everything is amazing lol
