It’s a great gluten free restaurant. Loved my butternut squash soup with a slice of gf sourdough bread, banana bread and green tea. My husband had the beef burrito wrap. *****
First time here, I had the braised beef burrito and it completely satisfied my craving. Best food option in all 3 building food courts. The staff was friendly, fyi the booster shots are great too

Extra charges for literally everything. Want mustard and mayo for your burger? You have to pay extra.
The woman who took our order seemed a bit annoyed by our questions, but our actual servers were sweet.
The wait for my dish (which was super simple) took awhile. My mom was more than half way through her meal by the time it arrived.
My portions were small for rhe price and the food was underwhelming. The best part of it all was the fact that it is gluten free and therefore safe for me. Was still hungry when we left.

Confused service. Delicious food very expensive add-ons. 3 slices of smoked salmon for 7$...

Food is just overpriced for what you get. Food was fairly bland overall, nothing to rave over and service was okay - just takes a while during lunch time rush but this is expected most places downtown.

Nice staff and cozy environment to sit for a chat or work. The food didn't seem fresh. The chicken was cold and tasted like it wasn't fresh. Food was spicy although they said it's not.
Vegetarian options: All food options were vegan unless you wanted to add proteins with an extra cost.

What a waste of $25 and 20+ mins of my time.
The cashier acted like she was doing me a favour by taking my order. I waited 20 mins. and asked for an update on my order’s timing. A staff member went to the kitchen to ask and didn’t even bother making eye contact with me or providing an update afterward.
The food wasn’t great either. The tempeh was way too salty and there was 0 hint of jalapeños or cilantro in the dressing.
I will not be back and would not recommend this to others.

I love this impact. The best atmosphere and service is generally great. Shoutout to Christie, the sweetest and kindest. One star off because food, although I always come back and love the quality/health, could be better and more expansive, or few dollars off.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience here, and I feel compelled to share the truth about how this place operates. The staff is blatantly racist—judging customers based on their skin color. Even after purchasing food, they had the audacity to call out to me as I was leaving, telling me I wasn't allowed to use the restroom.
The kitchen staff is unprofessional, and the overall attitude from the employees is rude and unwelcoming. It's clear that they have no respect for their customers, and the way they treat people is unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this establishment if you value respect and professionalism.

Food is good but way too expensive. The portions are so small and definitely not worth it for the price. I paid $26 (including the $8 salmon) for this kale bowl and there was barely anything it.

The poke bowl is really small for the price
Got the green goodness salad with tempeh. The portion size was quite large, I ended up getting a box to finish it later. The salad was good as the ingredients felt fresh but the tempeh was way too salty, and I’m saying that as someone who likes to add extra salt on dishes from time to time. Not sure if they made a bad batch or this is how they do it but it was barely edible. The service was good but the food took 10-15 minutes to arrive, perhaps cause it was the weekend maybe they were short staffed.
Otherwise it’s a nice place in a prime location so I’d go back to try something else when I’m in the area

Ordered a chicken sandwich without all the toppings... Got a chicken sandwich with all the toppings. I don't eat those items, so that made the whole meal bad. I did pick out the chicken and eat it. The parts that didn't have some green sauce was good.
The person that took the order was a little rude when I changed my order from a burger (because they don't have cheese).
Would not go back or recommend.

Great experience. Tried their hot chocolate & cappuccino. Both were really good. Had a Winnie the Pooh made on it (good presentation) The service is great and staff is very friendly and polite.
